Greg met us at the house after dinner. We were sold that night. Steve and Jimmy showed up at the designated day and time. They did a tear down and rebuilt the bath and shower. They didn’t stop until the work was done. It looks fantastic! We are very happy.

Greg did a great job. He was very thorough in all aspects of his work. He went above and beyond what I expected. He didnt just come in, put on the caulking and leave. He made sure the hardware worked properly and replaced parts as needed. At the same time he was very friendly and courteous.

Bath Fitters did an amazing job! Joes rough-in was beautiful (too bad no one will ever see it) Jimmy did an amazing job installing of our shower. He was meticulous on prep before demo, protecting HWF, removing framed pictures on adjacent walls. He was extremely patient and professional as we worked through a few details as the install progressed. Very happy with the end result and have our other bathroom lined up for 2022.

Having Bath Fitters of Milwaukee redo my bathroom was truly a positive experience. They removed my bathtub and replaced it with an easy to access shower. Jimmy was the amazing primary installer and he had help along the way from Bradley and Greg. Xavier was the plumber. All of these men were extremely professional, diligent, industrious. They knew their job and did it well. They did not waste a single second in their job performance. Jimmy was very respectful of my condo, putting down plastic runners from the door to the bathroom, cleaning up as he went along. At the end,, he cleaned up the whole bathroom. I was so impressed with him.I don’t want to forget to mention Greg Jenkins, the salesman who sold me the package. There was no pressure to sign on the dotted line. He represented his company extremely well and checked back with me a number of times. When I had an issue on the day of installation, I sent him an email early in the morning and he fired a reply back shortly after and resolved the problem on the spot.So, this business is very professional, has good salespeople, good installers, good electricians. They do the job right and take pride in what they do. It’s a win-win situation for everyone.And, when you use this company, which I highly recommend, ask for Jimmy to be your installer. We had a gentleman named Luke. He was so nice, efficient and communicative. We are so happy with him and the great job he did, but upset with ourselves for waiting so long!! It actually was 17 years since we had our bathroom done by Bath Fitter, and there were some things that needed to be replaced, and we feel like we have a brand new bathroom.Lifetime Warranty means LIFETIME!!

Great job on our tub insert. Topped off our bathroom re-do. I highly recommend BathFitter. Mike is a real pro. In fact I would look him up if I just needed some caulking done around the house. Unbelievable!!!

Jimmy installed a shower in our bathroom upstairs. He was so professional and efficient. Careful to lay plastic on the stairs. Covered all surfaces. Walked us through the purchase before in tallying and what to expect during the installation. Explained the product when finished and best way to clean it. He worked quickly and cleaned up beautifully after the job was done. We are very pleased.

I am very happy with all aspects of this project. We removed a whirl-pool tub and added a shower and had a bath tub/shower renovated. The first day Joe came in to install the mixing valves. We were without both for 1 day but we have a shower in the basement so it was no problem. The next day Luke, Steve and Greg came at 8:00AM and started in right away. The whole project was complete by 3:00PM. Very professional. Happy crew. There was music and singing. Really good camaraderie between all of them which made for a really pleasant experience. We have had our new shower installed for a few weeks now, and it is as amazing as I hoped it would be! We had a tub to shower conversion, and it is absolutely beautiful and very easy to maintain. Our shower was installed in the one day time frame, and all our expectations were more then fulfilled. The local office staff was incredibly friendly all the times that I called. Our sales appointment with Jeff went incredibly well. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, was very knowledgeable about the product, and really listened to what he wanted to make sure our shower was everything that we wanted it to be. Matt, the Production Manager, took a lot of care in handling questions we had, being very responsive and following up to make sure we were happy with the result. Our installer Steve was excellent! He definitely knew the product and had experience and expertise and the end result is an absolutely beautiful shower.I had confidence in Bath Fitter from the beginning of our remodel project, and I am so, so glad that we went with them. From beginning to end, they made the project seamless and easy. I have already recommended them to several other people, and will continue to do so. We live in a log cabin house, which makes remodeling and plumbing of any kind challenging! After looking at many remodel companies, and considering to put in a new shower ourselves, we went back and chose Bath Fitter! There just wasnt ANYTHING ELSE that compared to them. Our plumber was actually early, jumped right to work...KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, and just as he finished, Ralph drove up to put the shower in!He had 30+ steps to climb EVERY trip to the truck and work area!! Ralph saw several changes that should be and were made, he dealt with unusual log house construction, and could find a solution to every situation he ran into! He worked very hard and steadily, and to our amazement, finished in that one day!!Its BEAUTIFUL! I look forward to showers, where in our old one, I dreaded even getting into the stall!!! Its worth EVERY PENNY we paid!! Thank you Jeff, plumber, and Ralph!!!

On Memorial Day weekend our tiled shower cracked and some tile pieces came off. We called Bath Fitter and a few other places that same day which was conveniently Friday of a holiday weekend. Bath Fitter was the only place to call us back and schedule a salesman. The woman who scheduled the salesman told us to tape a shower curtain over the broken tiles which was great advice because it ended up letting us use the shower for the next two months. The salesman, Tony, came Tuesday after Memorial Day and was actually able to come earlier than the appointment which worked out nice because we didnt realize how long it would take. They called a couple weeks later to schedule the installation. Unfortunately, it was two months out but the advice from the first woman we spoke to allowed us to use it for that long as a regular shower still. The plumber came the day before the installation and moved the fixtures around. He was very professional and courteous. He was also very quick. It only took about an hour and a half. The next day was the installation. Jimmy, the installer, was there right around 8. He was very, very professional and courteous. He let me know what he was going to do and an inspector would be there also at some point. He was very efficient and we didnt really have to interact much throughout the day. He was done just before 430pm. It was just amazing not only the outstanding job he did, but he was able to do that all by himself in 8 hours. Did I mention our shower was upstairs! I wanted to wait to write this after weve used the shower a couple times. I am completely impressed! I cant say enough about what a fantastic job Jimmy did!The only issue was in billing where they did not apply my $1k deposit to the balance due on the day of installation. I called the offices and they took care of it right away and emailed me a new link the pay the balance.Im very happy with the shower and the whole process. We had our main master shower leaking into the room below it on the lower level every time we would run the shower. A few Plumbers said I needed a new shower floor. Searched around for about 4 days and couldn’t find anyone to do the job.Stumbled across Bath Fitter on Google & they came to our house to inspect what needed to be done and they built a WHOLE NEW shower floor that not only fixed the leaking floor, it actually looked a lot better than our previous floor. WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!? It doesn’t get any better than that!The guy doing the job came early in the morning around 9am and he was very nice. Took him about 6 hours to complete the big job and every minute he spent shows in the final outcome of the product. Bath Fitter saved our shower :). Me & the wife are very thankful and love our new shower floor. Thank you Bath Fitter!!!

Bath Fitter did an amazing job, yet again! I used them 9 years ago at my previous home and could hardly wait for them to come to my new home. So very thoughtful, they sent the same sales person from 9 years ago back to visit me with all my information documented...WOW!! Plumber and installer were both fantastic. Job was done just as requested and I couldnt be happier. What was once a dread to look at now makes me so happy. I love that theres the lifetime warranty, not that I could even imagine needing it. Ive seen other work (heck, I was taking down the other mess) but Bathfitter is literally the BEST!

From start to finish, Bath Fitter did an outstanding job. Jeff took time to explain everything in detail on the initial consult visit. Our installer, Jimmy, did an amazing install = every detail was done to perfection.

They were very professional and very commutative all throughout the process My only grief would be during the install I was not home and was not able to oversee it However they did an amazing job but they left some of the plumbing pipes laying in my basement. Just normally would not have been a big deal but I had just recently had a child and didnt want to come home to having to clean up anything, It was a very small incident and not worth giving them a bad review sometimes people forget not that big of a deal.

We recently had them remodel our bathroom, on May 14, 2021. The room used to have a blue tub. I loved that fact that the guy Tony came over and got what we needed and was so helpful with the financing. I also loved that they cleaned up the mess and made my husband and I feel really good about the whole process. I love our bathroom now and they definitely deserve the 5 stars.

Bath fitters did a great job. I am very pleased with the work! They came over to install a bath liner over our current tub. The installer was on time, very friendly, and completed the work within a timely manner. He showed up at 8AM and was done by 11:45AM.The quality of their work is great! I would absolutely recommend bath fitters! Love the new tub!

I should preface this review by saying we won a $7,000 voucher for $3,150 during a local auction. We paid an extra $520 for a total project cost of $3,670 vs $7,520 retail. That being said, with the discount and warranty (havent received warranty card as of this writing, projected completed 4/30/21), I am pleased with the work completed.However, Steve, our installer was somewhat unprofessional when we ask he return to reinstall a bathroom closet shelves and common wall with the shower. While he didnt remove the closet, bath fitters contracted plumber did. I was at work and Steve stated to my wife that his job was threatened and that I had stated to production manager, Matt, via phone that I threaten to not pay the $520 balance.This was wildly unprofessional because it was blatantly untrue that I stated that to Matt. I calmly called and asked that the work be finished.My wife felt nervous around Steve and my integrity was questioned by my wife because of Steves words.In addition to that, around the shower head dry wall related work needed to be repaired because of the plumber. I have patched the dry wall and sanded. I will paint the area shortly. Steve repeated a few times he didnt cause the damage, while true; their contractor did.Steve will not be invited back to our home for any warranty related repairs.Signed,Andrew ChaneyUpdate 5-6-21 management reached out and made it right. Lady at the show room was really nice and helpful. I believe shes the same person who I spoke to after the install to have some very minor things looked at. No questions asked they said theyd be happy to come and take a look.The gentleman who came out to give me a free estimate was good as well, along with being personable.Installer (Brian Adams-from GB) was good. Worked hard, was always on task, and warned me about his slight oops with grabbing the wrong wall color. He took the time to go back and rectify the situation, which I really appreciate.No real complaints from me. Im happy with the results.

The bath itself was done very nicely; however, the installer smoked in our garage. We are smoke free home with an infant, so that was not appreciated.

Didnt have work done as they wouldnt come out to offer an estimate unless my husband was present. Very strange request that frankly left me uncomfortable. I work from home and my husband doesnt have the ability to be home for stuff like this but the woman I worked with stated they ask that he be present for an estimate. Bummed as Ive heard good things but this was strange, left me feeling super uncomfortable, so Ill have work done by someone else that doesnt require my husbands permission.

Ralph tore out my existing 30 year old tub wrap, so Greg can take the measurements of the original tub. Joe did all the plumbing work to prepare for the install. Jerid installed the new tub wrap, shower fixtures by Moen, and shower doors. When Jerid completed the install,  he cleaned everything up before he asked me to come see my new bath. I walked in and I had a WOW moment!! Absolutely Beautiful! Best investment ever! High Five to the entire crew! Excellent work! I am extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend Bath Fitters. Bath fitter transformed old bathtub into a walk-in shower. LOVE IT!!October 2020 Bath Fitter came to do the transformation. The installer was quiet and went straight to work. He laid plastic down to protect our floor as he came in and out. He was prompt and stayed until the job was Complete!! 6 months later and it looks brand new. I Love our new Shower. Quality product and good information as to how to clean and maintain. Everyone from sale rep, showroom staff, plumber and installer were amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional staff!!

Bathfitters installed a new tub surround and fixtures. Price was great and the Installers Greg and Jimmy were just terrific. On time, professional, kind and courteous. It was a great experience. They completely cleaned up after they were done. Would highly recommend. Our Sales person, Ron was also terrific and very helpful.

Long story short after having this installed 4 years ago. Bath fitters is cheap junk. We are now looking to get it replaced with something that will last, and be maintainable.They give you a list of cleaning products you can use, and cant use. Unfortunately, the warranty voids if you use the cleaners that work. This is where they get you. There is a coating that literally collects dirt and grime, and you need to use a scrubber and industrial cleaner to get it back to being clean. NONE of the products on their list works! Dont be fooled by the 5 star ratings, many are hired commenters. I have friends who have had the same experience.

Bath Fitter removed and replaced a shower in my home. I am a senior and had a specific plan in mind to make showering and cleaning easier. They were able to do exactly what I wanted done. Customer servoce was excellent from the initial visit, the day of the actual visit and work, to the office personnel, and even a call from the production manager. I was pleased with the price, quality and service provided from everyone at Bath Fitter and would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Bath Fitter to come and explain what they do, what their product is, and give a quote. Tony Winkler was my salesperson. He came out to the house was professional, did an excellent job of factually telling me about their product and giving me a solid quote. No high pressure, no gimmicks or sales pitches.Steve Hatcher was my installer and again I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was regarding the project (I had my old cast iron tub and surround replaced). The quality of his work was excellent,. He ensured even before he got started that the plumbing was installed correctly,. While he was doing the install he made sure to check in with me on placement and heights of the accessories I ordered. Before leaving he reviewed how to care for the product over the next 24 hours and then how to care and clean the tub/surround on an ongoing basis. By the way the care of this product is so easy. My new tub and surround is gorgeous. I have a whole new looking bathroom and cant be more pleased! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great! My mother and father had a shower remodel done that was finished today. The week before after the tub was removed the woodwork left behind was water damaged and useless. Within minutes Steve was on the phone with his bosses and a carpenter to fix the situation. By Saturday the woodwork and insulation was completed and the remodel finished today by Jim. At all points Bath Fitters was prepared and responsive to questions and situations. The work area was always orderly and cleaned afterward. Bath Fitters did an amazing job and our family recommends them for Bathroom Remodels. Great pricing, great service, and great workers. And they were very nice to our 10 month old puppy Ivy who was barking at them! :)

Getting our shower replaced by Bath Fitter was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the call to inquire and set up a consultation, through the consultation, right on through to the install - what impressed us the most about this company was everyones down-to-earth professionalism. Everyone (even the operator I spoke to on the phone when I first made the call!) seemed genuinely interested in the job, and very knowledgeable about their product. The salesman was not a high pressure guy, he just offered us options and gave us the pros and cons of whatever decision we were considering. The installer worked LITERALLY all day, from 7:30 in the morning until about 6 in the evening to get the job done. And boy did this man WORK. Up and down the staircase all day long doing the job by himself (seemed like a two person job to me, quite honestly - but okay...). By the end of the day he had to have been completely exhausted, but like a pro, he took another half hour to show us the completed job, give us care and maintenance instructions, talk us through any questions. I consider myself a pretty hard working guy, but I could not have put in a day like this guy did ! I dont think he even took a lunch break! We may have been lucky to get the hardest working installer in the universe, but dont be disappointed if you dont get the guy we did - I have no doubt everyone at Bath Fitter sticks to the same level of professionalism, even if they arent all the exact same kind work horse this guy was :D All in all, couldnt be happier and more comfortable with our decision to go with Bath Fitter. No regrets at all. This is a great company to work with because they truly value their customers, and they take pride in their workmanship.

They installed a step in shower. It looks fantastic. I love it. They were all very friendly, easy to talk to and very professional.

Had a plumbing done and surround installed over my tile shower. Turned out looking good, but I feel that I way overpaid for the experiences I had. Both the plumber and installer failed to cleanup the mess created of broken tile, cement/grout shards, chunks of chicken wire, and ceramic dust that was strewn in my bedroom closet (through access door), and all over my basement. Expect to do some cleanup with their service. Informed the salesman that I was going to refinish the tub after install, and said that it wouldn’t be an issue... except the refinisher told me had me remove all the silicone caulk, which was news to me, and was not fun to remove. I Found out that they didn’t remove the ancient caulk, which had some mold in it, and just put new caulk right over it. They graciously offered to re-caulk free of charge, but it looks a lot worse than the first time and the guy completely forgot to re-caulk by the base of my tub (which was done the first time too). I have to now wait even longer to use my shower again until they finally get it right, or for times sake just do it myself.In summary, very friendly, gracious, and will bend over backwards to accommodate you. However, for the massive amount of moneyspent on this service paired with the time I had to put in doing things that should have been done by bathfitter, I am disappointed in the overall experience. I still am hopeful that they can still make it right for me, which I will adjust this review accordingly.

Bathfitters installed a soaking tub with surrounding walls. We were happy with all. From our salesman Ron to the ladies at the showroom to Greg Guenther our installer, we are extremely pleased. My wife and I decided to have Bath Fitter do a new tub install over our existing one. It turned out great! Both the sales guy and the tech were both friendly kind and courteous. My wife had an errand to run that morning so the tech moved his work van out of the way prior to starting the work so that there would be no issues. We are extremely pleased with the final product. The tech even tested the tub for leaks after everything was installed. We would definitely recommend bath fitters to any of our friends and family.

Steve Hatcher was very professional. Our walk in show looks amazing and my Grandson 7 years old wanted to help. Steve was very patient and let him assist, only when it was safe. We just had our bath tub and walls installed along with new Moen fixtures. We couldnt be more pleased. The installer, Greg G., was so very professional and polite. He addressed all of our questions. Extremely impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Bath Fitters of Milwaukee. We moved into our house and the existing inserts in the tub/shower bathroom and the master bathroom shower were bulky and stained. Not to mention the fixtures were probably original from 1994. Bath Fitters had two crews come to complete both bathrooms in one day. The amount of extra space we gained for the bathtub and the master shower was amazing and the new fixtures look great. Highly recommend.

Brian and Jamie were professional, knowledgeable, and consulted me several times during the install of my bathtub and shower in Manitowoc.Originally went with TundraLand who charged much more money, poorer quality, very poorly trained installers, and used GreenSky as their finance company (another horrible company).TundraLand warranty was worthless, compared to Bath Fitter which has a lifetime guarantee on parts AND labor.The Bath Fitter experience was fantastic! We are very happy with our latest bathroom update provided by Bath Fitters. It was time for a update and we didnt want to deal with the project being drug out for days if not weeks as can happen with other remodelers. The salesman accommodated our schedule and was very professional with his presentation and was able to give us a all-in price on the spot. The production scheduler called the next day and set up a date for the install that suited our schedule. The day of the install the workers showed up as planned on time. They were considerate of cleanliness in the house by putting floor mats down to walk on. Afterwards they cleaned and vacuumed the entire work area and hall ways.This is our second Bath Fitters project. The first one was done 2005 and still goods great.All of Bath Fitters staff are courteous and professional. The two individuals we closely worked with were salesman Jeff Nelson and installer Steve Hatcher. Both are professional to the highest degree.

From the beginning of the planning process and throughout the install the Bath Fitter Team was fantastic. Greg explained the process and all the information needed to choose my tub to walk in shower conversion. The team was very professional and made sure all areas were covered so the mess was contained. On the day of the install Steve did a fabulous job. He was courteous and friendly. Of course on the day of install we had a small rain shower, but it did not stop the progress. My new walk in shower is beautiful and I am enjoying not having to crawl over the tub. I would absolutely recommend this company!

I was very pleased with all aspects of the experience. Sales rep was friendly and informative. Master plumber worked patiently with my building maintenance to resolve shutoff problems we were having. The contractor was on time, efficient, and personable. He tested out my plumbing for me, even though he was under no obligation to do so. (I didnt have Bath Fitter change my shower valve, since I was happy with it.) He found a clog in the shower head and fixed it free of charge. His craftsmanship is beautiful. Ive caught myself admiring his caulk lines before going to bed. Id recommend Bath Fitter to anyone!

Yesterday, July 28, 2020, I had 2 showers and a bathtub installed by bath fitters. My experience was excellent. Both Jimmy and Brian Adams were excellent. They went above and beyond I just love the final product. They kept me informed all the way through the process. They were personable and competent. I was so impressed at how wonderful they were. The company is lucky to have them. I would recommend bath fitters and especially Brian and Jimmy. Thank you for your professional and personal service. I was so impressed with how they left the bathrooms clean and better than they found them.

Steven Hatcher did a wonderful job installing our shower stall and explaining how to take care of it. An issue came up immediately where we had to change our order (caused by how the consultant first measured our shower, I think), but Steves recommendations made the process smooth.

Weve had our shower over tub from Bath Fitters for about eight months now. Weve been happy with the results - it looks a million times better than our old setup and we havent had any major problems. We did have the non-slip coating added to the floor because we found it slippery (Bath Fitters added at no cost since we found it so slippery!). It is easy to clean and feel huge in comparison to our old setup. Love the shelves for shampoos (we didnt have any before) and the washcloth bar!

This company means business. The date of installation was quite a wait but it’s worth it. Their people are like one working together. Everyone was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. From the sales person (Greg) to the plumbing guy (Joe) as well as the installers ( Jimmy and Greg), you guys are all amazing!!!

Bath Fitter had our new tub and shower installed within three weeks from first visit to finished project. The product looks great and Jarod was very professional, on time, and took time to discuss care etc. Highly recommended.

Our salesman Greg was great. He took the time to listen to our dream then showed us exactly what we described. He took the time to ask the questions we most often forget to ask and we worked through questions that we had. Extremely patient, through and professional, and very funny, we had plenty of laughs through it all. Jimmy our installer...again, top shelf. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Like our shower, the install was seamless. Absolutely amazing what he did in 8 hours, I told him that I couldnt stop staring at it. To us, it was the sort of shower one would only see in a magazine, yet here it was, it our house. Thanks again guys, you both were freakin amazing.
