Terrible service. Adjusters acted like thugs. Everything seemed okay until it was Toms turn to take responsibility. Attempted to resolve but was met with lies. Definitely did not receive a fair settlement. Dont go with this agent unless you have a lawyer. I cant believe there arent laws against this. There are plenty of other agents avoid this one.

Started of okay in the beginning.. problems arose when I tried to take my daughter off my car insurance because she was no longer living at home, he became biligerant & extremely unprofessional. He was not very helpful in solving issues & this was making my insurance very expensive.. he only cared about the extra $$$. Very poor problem solving skills.
