Im a beginner when it comes to working out in a serious manner, and was really skeptical about joining at first. Im glad I did though, this place is killer! They seem to have everything youd need to fully train, everyone is kind and more than willing to help you, and they even have trainers as well! New or long time lifter, Id check it out!

The gym itself was amazing and has everything you could ever want equipment wise. The problem was not feeling safe during the pandemic. I know this is different for everyone, so some may feel safe in there. I think gyms is where people are expelling the most particles from their nose and mouth, and breathing heavy. They encourage wearing masks when you enter and when you leave. However when you are inside you are at the mercy of other people around you. Its a big gym but packed tight with machines. If someone starts using something next to you and is lifting serious weight theyre not going to wear a mask, and theyre going to be spitting droplets into the air. For this reason I had to move back to my less-equipped home gym for now. But Id gladly come back here when I feel its safe to do so.

Hands down the best serious gym in the area. I started going to OSI when they were in Kams Korner, and they were the best gym around back then as well. Now that theyve moved and expanded tremendously, there simply is not a better facility in the area for serious lifters. Theres at least 5-6 deadlifting platforms, if thats and indication. Im so thankful this place exists and has done so well. The owner is a really great and humble guy as well. Really cant ask for more.

They have the RUDEST front desk lady (Cindy). I asked for them to simply work with us to cancel since COVID19 is going on because they want you to sign in person, and she was snarky, unprofessional, and hung up on me. All we asked is if we could have the cancellation form emailed to our email address that is on file and explained our situation, and she handled it like a child and then proceeded to hang up on me without even having us sign the form? Not a good look.

Hands down the best gym in the city for anyone going beyond your average gym goer. Has equipment you can’t find anywhere else. Seriously this place is legit. The only down side is no ac in summer. But i have a second pass at one of those smaller 24 hour gyms for late nights, arm days, and when its too hot. Anyways regardless, if you’re serious about lifting or bodybuilding go here. Period.

Love the gym and i love that they are always moving things around, adding equipment and updating or expanding. I wish that they were open 24/7 but the trade off is having amazing equipment to meet any physical need !

If youre looking for somewhere with no frills the name says it all. Its like walking into your own Pumping Iron documentary. Looking for heavier dumbells? They go to 210lbs...Squat rack full? They have like 6.Want to just lift and push heavy stuff? Half of the space is dedicated to strongman style training.Want to hit the bag or get the gloves on and spar? They got you covered there too.Worth dropping in for sure, membership isnt all that expensive either.
