Everyone was nice and helpful. They shuttle you from your parking spot right to the airport within a few minutes. After you get back to the airport..the shuttle picks you right up and takes you right back to your parking spot. Was inexpensive. I will use again in the future for sure. Thank you and Go Browns.

The shuttle picks up the passenger right at the parking spot. It also runs frequently, an important factor. And although there are electronically operated entrances and exits, I like the fact that one is always manned by an actual person. Never change that. I also recently earned 3 free days, a nice perk!

They are great! I had an after midnight arrival and I was concerned about how safe I was going to be all by myself that late. The staff was wonderful and I had no concerns for my safety. They were quick at both ends of my trip even past midnight. Would definitely park there again.

Excellent service. The shuttle was right there for us when we parked and took us right to our car after return. The shuttle drivers were very pleasant and helpful - and we never had to wait! This will be our go to from now on when we need to fly out of Cleveland Hopkins. Highly recommend.

Had a really great experience here. We love the part where we were picked up and drop off from the parking lot to the airport and vice versa. We lost our green card pass and could not remember our lot number but the driver was very kind and helpful in finding our car.

Park place has always been my favorite shuttle service to the airport. The shuttle drivers help with the luggage and always courteous. Not sure how they manage to put on a happy face all day long.Park Place used to have a free car wash but that appears to be taken down as of July 2021.Park Place used to provide newspapers and water but those were the days before Covid.Regardless, Im glad their back in service.

Pulled into the parking spot indicated by the gate attendant. Shuttle was already there and waiting. 5 minute experience from pickup to drop off at the airport. Likewise on the return, shuttle was waiting in the designated area; no more than 7 minutes from pickup to drop off at my vehicle. The BEST part, so much cheaper than the airport lots plus a LOT of parking spaces. I may never park at CLE onsite spots again.

I have used this parking lot for years and I love it. The staff are courteous and will take your luggage in and out of your car. Great service.

Not a good experience, I was late, so when I got there I was told my reservation was canceled and there was nothing they could do, which included giving my money back for a week. When I called no one answered, then when I did talk to someone he was was rude. I dont believe the customer is always right, I was late, but I do believe you treat people with respect and compassion, especially in a situation where time is so important... theyre was no accommodation or understanding

We waited over 30 mins for a shuttle after a red eye flight. Do not park here. We called multiple times and they kept saying they would send another shuttle out and never did. Seriously the worst!

We parked our car here for parts of three days while we were in Chicago. The check-in process was very simple and we were met at our car by the shuttle bus, which quickly got us to the airport. On our return home, the shuttle was waiting outside of baggage claim at the airport and quickly and efficiently got us back to our car at the lot, so that we could load our luggage and head home. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and efficient. Our 3-day total to park was only $31.50. We will definitely use them the next time we go on a trip and need to leave our car parked!

This is by far the best airport parking place weve parked at. I know it seems weird to rate a parking lot 5 stars, but they go above and beyond here and we wish more places were like this. Both of our shuttle drivers were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us by getting out of the bus to get our luggage, putting luggage in our car, telling us about their discounts and just being friendly in general. Its so refreshing, considering we are used to Detroit parking attendants who say no more than 10 words to you.We used the online reservation system which made it so easy getting in and leaving and their estimate was spot on so we knew what we were paying when we picked up our car.On our return we got to the pick up spot and a shuttle was pulling away, and we didnt wait more than three minutes to catch the next shuttle, and this was at 12:30 at night. The shuttle was a little warm, which was my only complaint.As you leave there are coolers with complementary waters, which is amazing! Who isnt parched after traveling?We wish more places were like this and could be cloned up by us in Michigan. Maybe we will continue to check Cleveland for cheaper flights and you can bet we will be back!

I very much like park place parking. I use 2 to 3 times per yet my car is safe, fast an d easy to airport shuttle an dc a cold bottle of water when arriving and departing facilities.

Definitely save a lot of money by parking here and they used to drop you off right at the terminal, now they have to drop you off in a lot by the air port grauge. Everyone who works there is very friendly and will always help with luggage and even cleaned out my car and dug me out of a snow drift one winter. If they could go back to dropping us off where they did before the construction this place would be back up to 5 stars in mg book!

Used to park at the airports Brown Lot, but after waiting 20 minutes for a shuttle to get back to the lot after our trip (while seeing 3 Park Place shuttles come and go), decided to give Park Place a try on the next trip. Daily rate was the same as Brown Lot using my works perks program.On arrival, they gave us a drawstring bag for each of our kids with things to do on the plane and directed us to a row with a close spot. Spots are numbered, and shuttle driver weird it down for you. Shuttle picked us up right away and dropped us at the airport promptly (Park Place shuttle drop off is actually a few spots closer to the door than the Brown Lot drop).Upon return, shuttle was waiting and departed for lot promptly. Drop off at our vehicle was uneventful. A complimentary drive through car wash is available (we heeded a sign warning against hatchbacks with rear wipers using the wash and skipped it). On exit, there are complimentary bottles of water (they mustve been reading my mind, because I was thirsty!).I definitely plan on using Park Place instead of the Brown Lot in the future.

I lost my cross pen in the seat of a Park Place shuttle on the Friday we left for vacation. I handed the driver my business card with a note about my pen. Sure enough they called to say they found it. They had it in the pay booth for me yesterday. Kudos to the driver for going above and beyond. And also the to the staff for reuniting with my pen. The pen was a gift many many years ago.

Seamless process and excellent service. When I called to inquire about the process, the manager was very helpful and told us to mention we were first-time parkers so wed be taken care of. We didnt have to wait at all for our shuttle to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Ive been using Park Place for many years. I love that I get a free newspaper when I come in during the morning rush (something to read while I wait in the terminal) and that I get a free bottle of water and a car wash on my way out. The staff is always courteous, and the shuttles are always there when I get out (even when Ive come in very late on delayed flights). Many of my family members are also regular parkers. I always recommend them to people who need airport parking.
