Mark was very nice. We purchased our home 3 years ago and found that we had termites just yesterday. He came out right away and determined the damage. Very honest. I would highly recommend his service.

I was in a panic due to some unwelcomed pest. I called them at 8pm expecting to get a voicemail, but no I got a person that said he would be out on Sunday to take care of it. He was upfront and very helpful and kind. Sunday came and he walked through the house to make sure everything that needed to be out or put up was and he talked us through the process. He was super helpful and super nice. He put my mind at ease and the price is worth the service.

Mark is an outstanding individual, I was referred from a customer of mine and Im very thankful for the work he has done at my home. We were seeing 5-10 brown recluse spiders a day and from the first time he sprayed our house we noticed a significant difference. I am really thankful for Mark and Action Pest Managemet. We discovered we had an issue of bed bugs in our house a few weeks ago and after some research we decided to do the Heat treatment. Action Pest Management was very responsive, the most available to get us in (we only had to wait a few days), the most affordable and did a VERY EXCELLENT job.Mark was honest with us the whole time, easy to be in communication with and even took some video footage to let us know he did what he said he would.Mark seemed very knowledgeable, very thorough in his work and did everything with excellence. Action Pest Management went above and beyond the treatment, even putting our house back together, vacuuming everything up before he left and even folded some of our laundry!! Our house was cleaner and in better condition when he left than when he came in!!!Action Pest Management leveled with us, cared for us and did excellent, excellent work.We did get a couple bites a few days later. But even then Mark was in touch with us, very responsive to us and cared for us well until it was confirmed that the issue was resolved.I cannot recommend Mark and his company enough. I used Action Pest Management for a time.period of 1 1/2 years. I had initial treatments and monthly follow-ups. I never had good results from this company. I asked hime to treat the crawl.space of my house and he cited his fear of a lawsuit from a plumber (completly hypothetical) as a reason to not treat my home completely. I called another company and that company treated my crawl space with delta dust and i javent seen but a few baby roaches since this treatment. Its been a month or so. This delta dust lasts for 8 months. I knew the source of my roach problem. It was from a plumbing problem tjat created an organic buffet for roaches. I shared this with Action Pest and he still refused to treat my entire home. I will let this go with a poor but honest review. Ive considered filing a complaint with the better business but I will let it go with a posted review. Dont use this company, they are overpriced and find excuses to not treat the whole home.
