Everyone was very friendly and working hard. They were busy but still made sure to greet each person and got everyone in quickly. Love my nails! They are beautiful!

My girls had fun today and the ladies who worked here were so nice, really upset because my girls got gel nails and are already peeling off this afternoon. I got my nails done too and they Didn’t get the right nail polish that I asked for because they didn’t understand me and the way I wanted them, they look horrible...so I’m sad about that and we were super rushed because they were understaffed. Wouldn’t return if in the area.

TERRIBLE nails!! Extremely uneven and thick! (They looked even worse in person because of the thickness and splotchy color) I was given the worst manicure Ive ever had and when I came back to get it fixed the lady who did them was extremely rude to me for saying I didnt like them and acted confused about what was wrong with these nails. After getting them fixed my nails came out almost as bad. They were wider than my actual nail beds. When I asked her to file the sides she said she would and then proceeded to put the top coat on and leave.

I have been coming to this salon for about a year and a half. All the girls in the salon have either done a pedicure for me or done my nails. I have always been very pleased with my nails. The past 4 or so months I have been seeing Mimi. She does an amazing job on my pedicures and nails. I have also gotten waxed, facials and I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. All the ladies in the salon are very kind, sweet and helpful. They are also very sweet to my son who comes with me.

Would not recommend. My mom went in 11am on sunday, 2 customers being worked on, lady asked her how she could help and my mom told her what she wanted and lady said ok. I walked in and lady all of a sudden said we are too busy, cant help you until after 2pm ......

My nail lady Natalie, I made comment on another post I would follow her and I have. Ive been using her for 10yrs. Her new place is quite, clean and very sanitary. The people there are very friendly and welcoming. They have a variety of colors in dip, shellac and regular polish. In a convenient location right off the Creek Turnpike 121st and Elm. It is always a pleasure to get my pedicures at Quality Nails. Now that I have had hand surgery, the ladies do my fingernails, too. The ladies are always pleasant & do well for me. I would definitely recommend them, especially to other men.

I just got my nails done for my honeymoon. I spent $70 for my toes and nails and they look like krap. The lady who did them was very nice but my nails and toe look horrible. I saved money for this and it looks terrible. I’m so upset. I have to go on my honeymoon with ugly nails and toes.

They use to do a great job, but I am very unhappy with my summer visits. They are very good people & I hate that I am unhappy now.

AMAZING!!! The staff is so caring and they really want to make sure that you like what you get. The person doing my nails, July, was incredibly helpful, I dont have a lot of nail because I bite mine so I got fake ones and she said if one of them ever chips or if I dont like them that I can come back and they will fix it! They really try to interact with you and start a conversation! I dont see them as workers, i see them as friends! I completely recommend this place!!! Lots of love for Quality Nails!!

I love this place! I always leave feeling relaxed and with gorgeous nails! I finally brought my hubby for a pedicure and he loved it. Staff is friendly and very kind to their clients. Very clean atmosphere with great choices of nail colors.

Discovered this nail salon a few weeks ago, and couldnt have been happier or more pleased. Everyone welcomed me as I entered, and Mi Mi transformed my hands and feet to perfection. Definitely will be back!

I have gone to this particular salon for two years at least now. Unfortunately it seems that those with a bad experience are those that are rating. There are many repeat consistent customers in this facility and Im one of them. My shellac stays on for 3 weeks. As long as my toenails dont grow quick I can have a pedicure last for a month to two months. Theyre kind and professional! *La & Julie are fanatic! Dont deny yourself a great experience for an affordable price. Every woman deserves some pampering :-)

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Customer service is the worst! Service is horrible and the nail person reached into my purse and started grabbing my wallet without my permission at the end of the service. Usually you pay before you get your nails painted but she waited and WITHOUT ASKING grabbed my pursed opened and grabbed my wallet!! WOULD NOT GO THERE AGAIN! WORST EXPERIENCE!!

Absolutely the worst. Nail polish is lump, uneven and missing in spots. She left nail polish all over my hands. When I told her it didnt look good she ignored me. Complete waste of time and money.

Very nice staff, would give 5 but she accidentally clipped my skin when cutting my nail a few times. Nothing to bad and my nails look fantastic!

The salon is very clean and they are very polite. I also really enjoy the atmosphere. I am on my second time getting shellac and the first time I was VERY hard on them but they still looked decent for about 4 days. This time, I am 1 day in, havent done much but wash my hands and run errands and they are chipped, lifting and all around look awful! They were very sweet to my daughter (3yr old) but did a TERRIBLE job painting her nails and charged me 25.00 to get her toes and nails with design (horrid flowery dots) polish was all over her hands and feet and it took me awhile to figure out what the design was. She also sat very well and was told repeatedly by others in the salon how wonderful she was doing and how well behaved she was. However my pedicure is lasting so far for almost a month. I am having a love/hate relationship with them, I love the environment, not happy with the end result and feel like I am being had. .

I had very high hopes for Quality Nails. Sadly, I left completely disappointed. I walked in Friday afternoon and it was completely empty but the 2 women working (first indication I should have left) I was rushed to hurry and pick my shellac color. I asked for a grey and was given 3 dark purple options. I proceeded to indicate they were not grey. She told me that it would look different on my nail. She told me to sit down. As soon as she put the first dab of color on my first finger. I told her I didnt think it was the color I wanted. She claimed I picked that color!!! I never liked it in the first place. She then started to speak in her native language to her coworker... Then faced me and said that it was too late and that I would have to come back next week and do a different color. I dont like confrontation. I sat through it paid and left. I dont recommend this nail place.

If I could give no stars I would!!! Worse nail place I have ever been to! Mentioning stars... I wanted my toes painted and to have stars put on them, figured that would be easy enough since its almost 4th of July and who doesnt know how to make a star... Well everyone in the whole nail store couldnt make stars or just one star! They painted it once and it was horrible I told them I didnt like it and then I got a bunch of attitude back! If youre going to charge $25 for a pedicure and then $10 additional I want my toes to look good and at this point my toes looked like my 3 year old painted them! I asked for them to be fixed and they argued with me... Since they had major attitude I asked the other customers what they thought and all the other ladies agreed they were horrific looking... Everyone said they should fix them... Then I told her I no longer want stars I want all my toes matching and she still argued with me! She painted my big toe a different color and I literally told her to stop. I was furious. I told her I am coming here for a service that many places offer and I am so glad that my own opinion on my toes doesnt matter because you still painted them the opposite of what I wanted! I would of walked out in the middle of it if I wouldnt of had friends with me and they all hated the experience as well! I drove 3 hours to have a girls time with some best friends and this nail salon ruined it! Worst service ever!!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!

I went here to get a full set of nails done. French tips. Not only did I have to tell the lady how to do her job, but after I left, the nails had already started to lift. They have all fallen off and it has been 6 days. I am very dissapoinented. I was over charged for a very poor quality job. They were nice to my kids though. The place was clean. And they did a good job painting my 7 year olds nails. They did a better job on her then with me. I would not recommend this place to anyone wanting a full set done or a fill...
