This was the best nail experience I have had in a while! They accommodated my friends and I last minute and it was a very relaxing experience. Very highly recommended!

I have been coming here since the shop opened. I have been getting nails for 20 years and have never experienced more professional and quality nails. I am always being asked and getting what I like. They are sweet, professional and experienced nail techs.

This is a hard review to do. My nails looked pretty good after leaving. However, a customer came inside while my nails were being done, and inquired if they were having issues with the phone because she had tried to call for several days to make an appointment. After being set up for an appointment the following day the customer left and the nail techs began talking about the customer rudely in front of me and the other paying customers. One even went so far as to say that she had screened at least two of her calls because she didnt want to speak with her! These ladies continued until they noticed that my nail tech had grown quiet. They asked her why she wasnt saying anything since she clearly didnt like said customer and I replied that I thought maybe she was attempting to be a bit professional unlike the rest. Christy or Kristy whichever it is, is absolutely rude and completely unprofessional. The things she said about the poor woman embarrassed me to the point that I even said I was very uncomfortable. My nails were done by then or I seriously would have left. I will never be back because of the abhorrent behavior of the staff.

Everyone was very nice and they did a wonderful job on our mani and pedis.

The chairs for pedicure were uncomfortable and werent the normal messaging reclining chairs. I had an appointment they put me In a chair 💺out my feet in empty bucket 🪣 then turned on water and it was scolding hot 🔥🥵 so they made it cold and turned it off, then after 20 minutes of sitting in an uncomfortable chair with my feet in cold water while waiting for my pedicure I got up and lefy

I had such a great time at pure nails! Kirstie gave me the PRETTIEST full set. Everyone is very friendly and conversational. The atmosphere is welcoming and all the tools/brushes/etc... are all clean! Would highly recommend!

My bf surprised me with a manicure and pedicure here, we both had a really nice experience! We had the cucumber mint pedicure and then I just had my nails shaped and painted. My nails look great and the pedicure was so relaxing. The employees were so nice and friendly, they told us about the language they speak, Hmong, have complimentary sangria, and just made it a really nice evening. I will be coming back for sure!

I had a wonderful experience with my nail tech Davy, she was super sweet and kind and did not rush my pedicure what so ever. I got the cucumber mint pedicure and it was amazing! and the salon is beautiful and relaxing. I am extremely impressed will definitely be coming back for regular pedicures with her! This place is amazing. The atmosphere is inviting from the moment you enter. The staff is very friendly and its sort of a running joke that they all speak English, lol. I travel quite frequently with my husband so ladies if youre using Google for a reference, give them a try! I absolutely love my nails!

I will NEVER recommend or go back to this place. If you are looking to get dip please run the other way. First, they use a shellac top coat on top of your dip which I told the nail tech never works and flakes off within the first few days. She reassured me it wouldn’t and said if it did I could return to get it fixed. First of all I don’t have time to return so you can do the same thing that doesn’t work. I’ve had other nail salons tell me that using a shellac top coat on dip is the cheap way and they are just cutting corners. It’s been 2 days since I’ve had my nails done and of course the top coat has already chipped on a couple nails. Secondly, the nail tech was EXTREMELY unprofessional and should be terminated immediately. You are in a service position and should be respectful towards your paying customers. My nail tech asked me where I worked and after I told her she blatantly starting bad mouthing my company. If she wasn’t almost done with my nails I would have walked out. She also was bad mouthing another employee who hadn’t made it in yet for her shift. Overall this establishment could have potential but not with the staff and cheap way they are doing things. I hope the owner reads this review. Your employees are going to put you out of business! I will make sure none of my friends, family or coworkers ever use this nail salon. Absolute embarrassment to Broken Arrow.

Davy does a fantastic job with nail shaping and dipping powder application! She pays attention to detail! You will not leave disappointed!

I was in town a couple weeks ago for a Work convention and decided to get my nails done during some down time. BEST PLACE EVER! Such amazing staff and they do a wonderful job, not to mention the cleanliness of the place! If you haven’t been, check it out!! 👍🏼👍🏼

I was really I hoping I would like this place. The experience was pretty good, the lady that did my nails was nice and seemed like she knew what she was doing. However, the gell started chipping after about 2 days. So disappointed. Whatever it is they are doing wrong, they need to fix it asap. Will have to keep looking for a better place.

They charge way too much. $46 for a gel manicure. The only thing they did was my cuticles, put on the polish and rub lotion on my hands for 15 seconds. While I was there the nail techs were talking bad about other customers who had left. Not professional at all. I will never go back. Not worth it at all.

Do not bother making an appointment - they do not manage the time! Sign on door says “you must have an appointment and a mask” while waiting for my appointment to start - 2 people without appointments are brought in and invited to the bar. 2 people on the pedicure area without masks on! My appointment at 2pm - still hasn’t started 15 minutes later.Never returning!

Very nice salon. The pedicure chairs are not the kind that massage you and the foot basins are made of metal. The young lady who did my pedicure was very nice but inexperienced. My polish came off and she didnt do a very good job with my cuticles.But my brow and chin wax and full set are awesome!I would go back, but would have to insist on a more exprenced tech.

I was very impressed by May and all her girls. They take their time and arent in a rush to get you out of the chair, like so many other places. The salon is very nice, clean and my nails look great.

Good customer service. Davy is very personable and did a great job on my pedicure. Gau also did great on my manicure. The environment is relaxing, and the salon is clean and pretty. :)

Nails look great and the girls there speak clear English. they made me feel very comfortable. I have a missing toe nail so i hate going to get a pedicure but these ladies put a fake toenail on for me and i didnt feel embarrassed! So very nice of them! I will be returning. The girls i saw were Aple and May i highly recommend both of them.

I just moved to Broken Arrow and I needed a new nail salon. The inside was nice but I have never had to reglue the nails that they put on so many times in the 25 years Ive been getting my nails done. I had one come off the same day I was there. I cant keep going in to get my nails done bc Im a stay at home mom with a 2 year old so I can only go on my husbands day off every couple weeks. I also got a pedicure which was also terrible. They didnt have massage chairs and the technician didnt do the normal stuff that technicians do like massage your feet!! They charged me 112.00 and it was a waste of money. Lesson learned....dont think just bc something looks nice and is more expensive its better bc it isnt!!!!

Took an appointment for me earlier in the week, I showed up 10mins early to do something nice for my girl over lunch break. I get here and they tell me its going a 40min wait for any service.Why take appointments at all?

I just got my nails done here at this nail salon I absolutely love it, they are very clean place and friendly people, they speak ENGLISH!!! 😃 I absolutely love my nails they did a awesome job, I will be definitely be going back!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😉

Most the girls were friendly. Was charged 65$ for just my nails which is twice as much what I’ve payed anywhere else and my nails were so wide and thick they looked horrible! I got them removed 3 days later somewhere else.

Always a great experience. As a retired licensed nail tech myself this is the only place I want to go.
