I needed two glass shelves for my office desk. I was a little nervous about getting the measurements exact. I just picked up the shelves today and they fit PERFECTLY. The quality of glass and the edging are much better than the original glass shelves that were formerly there. Their customer service lady at the front desk was very accommodating and polite. I will definitely use their services again.

Called about broken window. They came out next day as they said they would and measured window. Told me they would have to order window and would call when it came in about 2 weeks. Called when window came in and installed next day. Employee was nice and am happy with window.

I had my mother call them to schedule a repair to a sliding glass door that she could no longer open and close. Person who answered the phone told her itd be 2 weeks before they could even get someone out just to look at it and when asked for suggestions of who she could call to get service sooner, was completely unhelpful.
