Wow. Where do I begin! I usually do not do reviews but I do read them. If I would have read this before having my taxes done at this establishment I wouldn’t have. Our experience has been just that. A hard life lesson to not just trust that your tax information will be entered correctly. We unfortunately learned this the hard way. We received a notice from the IRS months after saying we owed an additional amount due to information not being entered correctly actually at all. Completely missed a huge section that would account for why we were hit with another huge bill. If I would have looked back and compared line by line to what information I gave them I wouldn’t be in this boat I’m in now. All I can say is use extreme caution and double check the information line by line before you let them proceed with your taxes. Don’t be like me and trust that the information is entered correctly. I will NEVER ever return to this establishment and I really hope that this helps the next person thinking about using them.

We had taken a tax return to Charlie to that was prepared by another individual to see if it was accurate. To this day we have not heardanything on the issue. That was a year and a half ago. To this day no word. I have called repeatedly and went in to the office they will not even return a phone call. So no I would never use or recommend them to anyone

I agree with Chris Chivers on the note of one of their employees never getting back to me about my tax cases. I do not even think I ever received an apology. What could have been done in a span of 2 months max has made it past 6 months. I can definitely relate to how Chris Chivers feels. This company and its services deserves 0 stars.

Horrible experience! Cannot get my representative to call me back. Promised to get back with me and its now been a month. He doesnt care about me, just the number of people they can close.
