I was looking for a paint shop to custom paint my Jeep fenders and seen good reviews for this shop. When I stopped to get a quote the person I spoke with was rude, not personable at all. They didn’t even take time to look at what I needed painted. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible impression

I wanted to support Broken Arrow small business and get my classic car painted here. I stopped by with the car and dealt with 15 minutes of continual mentions that the job would be at least 9 - 10k. It was condescending and judgemental of the guy who presumed I didn’t have money. It got so annoying that I finally directly asked the guy if I looked broke or something. He said he just wanted to make sure I knew. I left my information and was told the owner would call me to talk about the project. It has been several months and I never received a call. I’m about to take delivery of my completed car from another shop who treated me with respect and I hope they enjoy spending the revenue they generated from my business. All that aside,I’m sure it comes down to them not wanting to waste time on restoration jobs when they can make more money overcharging insurance companies doing collision work. I don’t blame them I guess but they might want to take all the custom work mentions off of their website.

I have an older Class B motorhome that, unfortunately, cannot be fixed except in a cost prohibitive manner. However, James was quick to explain to me my options in easy to understand language. He also referred me to someone who might be able to replace my windshield glass. Even though I didnt get services done here, I am going to put them in my contacts list for future reference. Anyone who treats you this honestly and quickly deserves my business.

This was going to be a complaint, however--read on. I took my Prius in for a fender-bender, and it took them a month to fix, so I got a little irritated. Also, there was one small part on which the shop was waiting. Toyota sent the wrong one, and I had to call a few times to find out when my car would be ready. Each time, I THOUGHT I was getting the run-around. I WAS NOT. During Covid-19, Toyota has had lots of trouble--not having enough employees, etc. which caused the delay in the repairs to my auto. It took two and one-half months to get the correct part from Toyota. Also, part of the trouble, I think, is because my Prius is 2014, so its an older model. All in all, I was very happy with the way they handled my complaints, and in a professional manner--explaining in great detail why the delay in getting my car repaired. Go to Bobs. You will not be disappointed!

Above and beyond means, there was something wrong with my newly purchased vehicle (huge safety issue) and they took me back to the dealership to show them. Oh Snap, someone hit my rear bumper in a parking lot. The team at Bobs handled this for me along with managing my insurance company. They were strong negotiators for replacing the bumper with a original factory part.

When I took my car in, I had hopes of it looking good when I got it back. Their team went to great lengths to make it look amazing! Better than I would have ever expected! The staff was very professional and all of the work was completed in the promised time frame. I highly recommend Bobs for all of your paint and body work. They are fantastic!

The only reason I give one star, is because I can not give it 1/2 a star. These guys were recommended to me, but I will never do buisness with them again. They are rude, arrogant, very very slow and certainly not customer focused.I did not mark quality as unsatisfactory because I havent had the vehicle back long enough to really know what kind of work they do.However, I will keep my review updated once my daughter is able to drive this vehicle more, post the covid 19 pandemic.

My car was stolen and keyed everywhere but the roof. James, Bill, Steven and the whole crew made it prettier than before. They also were kind, and gracious every time I called to check in, and I did it a lot. Thank you for making my baby so fresh and so clean!!! #bobspaintandbodyrocks!

My 2014 Mazda 6 was heavily damaged. We brought it here and they did an awesome job of working with insurance and making it easy on us. Took a month and a half, but it was worth it once I saw the results. Looked as good as when I bought it.

I was sent to Bobs Paint and Body by a dealership for warranty work on a front bumper. It turned out the work was not originally done by Bobs but they fixed it anyway because they originally told me they would. The bumper looked awesome!!! They are trustworthy and have lots of integrity!! If I ever need work done again I will return to them.

Highly recommend this place! They did such a fantastic job with the repair on the my car. My car finally looks brand new again!

After my accident, I was referred to Bobs by the Mazda dealership and I am SOO glad I listened to them and not my insurance company. They did a wonderful job and my car drives JUST as it did before, were super thorough with the repairs and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place if you need repairs done on your vehicle.

They fixed the bedside for my company truck and did a FANTASTIC job. They even fixed my wheel well liners! Paint is better than factory, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great overall experience, got my passenger door on a Mazda 6 fixed there, Bill was very helpful working out the detail with the insurance company. Great work on my vehicle, looks brand new as if nothing ever happened. They were highly praised by the mechanics at the Mazda dealership and lived up to their reputation by delivery perfect quality workmanship. If you have a Mazda or Nissan vehicle that needs body work done right, this is the place to go to. 👍Follow up: Also had a Kia Sorento bumper replaced and painted there after a minor fender bender, all the repairs were done perfectly except for the paint on the bumper that doesnt quite match the rest of the car. Apparently its a tricky factory color to match, I would say it matches about 80%. I wish that I was told upfront that it would be difficult to match, I would of looked for other repair options. Would still recommend none the less.
