I have had home and auto insurance here for over a decade and just filed my first claim for a collision with a deer. State farm has made my experience more difficult at every step, from not calling me back as they told me they would, to lazy adjusters writing estimates from their desk without looking at the damage to my truck. Had to pay out of pocket to fix my truck because I still have not received the funds and it has been almost 3 weeks. I have been treated better by 3rd party insurances in the past than I am by my own insurance company now. I recommend to take you business elsewhere as I plan to!

I was sitting In the parking lot with my children. waiting on my husband. An employee with long dark hair walked behind my car and around to the front. Staring at me and made me uncomfortable.One of the employees called the cops on me. 3 cops showed up and said it was reported I was parked there and it was suspicious. I was with my 3 kids. How is that suspicious. I was sitting in my car with my 3 children on my phone and talking with them. How is that suspicious?!!!The employee called the cops instead of coming to me and asking me why I was there. Either this woman makes a point to make everything her business or i was racially profiled and didnt have enough decency to come and knock on my window and speak with me. Not only that my husband was scared to death wondering what happened that there was 2 police SUVs and a police car surrounding his wife and children knowing we were waiting on him and doing nothing wrong.On top of all that I had to block these employees. Heidi barker brown tried to friend me on Facebook after all this happened. Who does that?Who calls the cops on someone and than tries to friend that person on Facebook. They also hid all reviews after my husband posted one on facebook. They should be embarrassed.
