If you are new to the cleaning industry or a veteran they have an amazing Operations team (Wayne & Renee) that provides a wealth of knowledge to grow your company. Within 2 years we have grown to a level that has allowed both of us to leave our jobs. The anago team comes with years of experience to help their franchisees be successful! I highly recommend doing business with them if you are looking to grow your business in a positive and professional organization. I have been employed at the Cleveland Anago office for over 2 years now. This office is team oriented and we are like a little family here. Jeff and Chastity Care not only about growing this business but more important taking good care of their clients as well as always being fair and helpful with the franchises. Customer Service is the strong point of this office and the Anago Brand. I can compare first hand because I have worked for my share of other companies that only cared about selling and gaining accounts but not taking care of them. In these hard times with the pandemic going on they have always been reasonable and understanding with our clients- never backing them into a corner. I am also impressed that Jeff and Chasity care about their employees, trust us in our roles and stand by us- and it never hurts that we have fun when we can here. :-)

I have been doing business with Jeff, Chastity and Jolene since 2015. They have always been very professional and reliable. I like the way they use a color coordinated system to prevent cross contamination. They also use high quality cleaning products and floor finish. I would highly recommend them for your business.

We have been very pleased with the quality of work and the team that provides our nightly service. Immediate response from the owner whenever there has been a question or additional services needed. The management is always available to speak with us, and visits the site on a regular basis to make sure all our requests are met and done to our satisfaction.

The overall experience with Anago has been amazing. There have been some small hiccups with poor communication by former account reps, but each time I brought up a concern the customer experience team was on top of it to make sure it was corrected right away. The team we have cleaning our office now has been great and are always happy to make any adjustments (always small items) when I ask them. Very happy with our experience!

Awaiting a promised refund and have not been able to obtain it.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Anago of Cleveland for over 2 years now. Not only are they a client partner, but they clean my companys office in Avon, Ohio. Team mates rave about our sparkling clean work environment - all thanks to Anago of Clevelands office cleaning services! I highly recommend Anago of Cleveland - they provide fantastic services and are genuinely good people.

While our initial contact about hiring them to clean seemed positive it went south after that. We hired them to strip and wax floors in our school. They promised to supply wax and all supplies. That did not happen. The floors were not done correctly. In addition they used many of our supplies. When we contacted them about the job and we were not happy they sent out the crew who once again used our supplies and then ran to Home Depot for supplies.Not what was promised. There response was they are old floors. They also complained that we did not pay the bill however we never received any bill. In addition they outsource this job to a company that did not do quality work. Think twice before you hire this company for doing floors

What a great crew and caring staff. They have taken amazing care of my business! Top notch!

The cleaning quality is horrible! the cleaning is being done during business hours and the person who is cleaning has no manors! She starts vacuuming while we are working with customers and have to be asked to stop so that the customer can hear what is being said. The quality of the cleaning is bad! a 10 year old could do a better job of cleaning then her. When a manager is not in the office she will clean for half hour 45 mins and then leave!
