I’ve been coming here for haircuts since they’ve opened over three years ago. The overall experience has been very good with professional and friendly stylists who take time to understand what you want, and the stylists who also do their part to keep the store clean and sanitized. The sense of cleanliness was before the pandemic started and now they’ve stepped up their cleaning game. They have a smartphone app as well as website that are easy to use to set up a spot in line. I also like the lively and fun atmosphere and sports on their many TVs. I’ve had different stylists over the years, all have been wonderful, though I wish I could have one stylist to work with on haircuts. This is very hard to do, even with the app and website, and I hope this is something that can be improved. I’ll be back for more haircuts and highly recommend this place. TIP- this place is super busy on Saturdays. Plan accordingly.

Let me start out by saying Ingrid is amazing! She took her time to understand what I’m looking to get done to my hair and then did exactly that. I typically go to high end barbers and I gotta say that she has exceeded my expectations. I called ahead to see if anyone there can do a proper fade and they said yes so I took the chance since I need a cut and all other barbers including the one I go to was fully booked. If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would. My experience overall was absolutely perfect. The haircut was exactly what I wanted and expected! Highly recommend her and this place.The place was clean and tidy. Very well maintained. Everyone is friendly. You’ve gained a new customer. Last time I went to a sports clips was more than 4 years ago to a different location and the haircut was pretty bad unfortunately (although service was great) so I never went back until today. The Broad View Heights location is by far the best in the area. The wait times are decent and the staff is amazing. I would not go anywhere else for my hair cuts.

Tried the other places in and near town and didnt like the way they cut my sons and my hair. Tried this place and theyre always polite and now Im a regular! They know me and my son and remember us everytime we come in

I was told at noon to register my appointment so i did. They told me come back at 1 pm so i did...1 hour and 20 minutes later after my 1 pm appointment i got in the chair....ridiculous...no apologies for poir service...
