Store was clean and well stocked. Staff was helpful and friendly. They Had everything we needed that day. My big complaint is that they only had one person checking receipts so it took longer to get out of the store than it took us to come and get our items. I hope they address that soon.

First time me and my wife had been to this Sams club, the store was very clean, stocked fairly well considering all this covid and the checkout lady was very nice and friendly and funny.

Excellent. Large purchase today. No room in the car. Arranged for pickup upon return in a few hours. Flawless beginning to end. The staff was extremely helpful and everything went perfectly. Love to shop here on a regular basis. My favorite store for all the staples and some of the not-staples.

I go there and get my meds at a great price. I like that I can get the things I need in bulk. In the long run it is better to buy somethings like that. Employees are awesome and nice to deal with.

We love Sams...but the gasoline area is a different story!! Everytime we get our DIESEL, we have to wait in line for it! The people that work the gas area allow NON DIESEL vehicles to waste time by going through the wrong lanes! Also there is one individual that works the gas area HE will stand out and chat wth ppl while others are sitting in the long lines waiting for diesel!!! This needs to be addressed!

This was a bad trip to sams. Upon entry i was carded like a trespassor and had my intelligence insulted by telling me it was for my safety. After watching only a select few were carded. Whats up with this sams? Stockers were constantly asking me to move out of their way. Food items were near out of date. Checked out again at exit to verify receipt. To heck with this place.

So disappointed! 10lb bags of potatoes and almost all of them had at least 1 rotten potato visible! They had 2 pallets of pinto beans but no kidney beans at all!! Im thinking Ill stick with johnson city Sams club!

Inside was great, but I know they have to move carts but I went to back out of my parking spot and a young man parked his cart dollie behind me and loaded, the problem was he was taking his time while talking on his phone I sat there 5 min.

Ordered over the app, process was smooth. My only issue is my wife and I went in afterwards to get a piece of pizza. The ladies working the counter were disengaged, and not interested in the customer, need training in customer service and spending less time talking with other employees and more time focusing on the customer.

Advertising Gasoline for $2.669..........but the pumps are baracaded with large bundles of cardboard pallets and red tape to keep everyone out. Theyre playing us for fools, they may as well advertise it at 99¢ per gallon!!!! A disgrace to Sam Waltons good name!

Sams Club is one of my favorite places to shop. Great assortment of everything under sun! You can tell that Covid has had an effect on some areas in the store due to a lot of old food standards of pre-prepared refrigerated near the meat counter and Christmas Gift baskets being depleted. Not there fault but the time we are all living in.

Easy in, easy out they had what I was looking for

Mark was so nice and patient in opening an extra Lane for some of us older people. I am handicapped and it really took me an extra 45 minutes to an hour to get through the store though, as yall have totally changed everything around and dont know where anything is. I know the concept behind that is to make us look at more items but when you cant hardly walk it really helps to know what aisle stuff is down.

The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and thanked us for shopping there.

We like coming to the Bristol store. It has good selection and isnt as crowded as Johnson City

Most things you save a few dollars on. You also need a big family.

Had a pleasant shopping experience. Has almost everything I wanted or they would have gotten 5 stars! Ive been away for 6 months and the one thing I sais I wanted when I got back home was jalapeno poppers. I wanted them bad. They didnt have any. I also dont like the self check out. Ive never been a fan of such unless I just have a couple of items. The kind and professional folks at Sams have spoiled me.

Great store. Limited check out clerks. It is obvious they want you to do self checkout which I do not like. Only 3 registers open for in person checkout which caused long lines.
