First, this is my first review ever. Talked to someone at this business last Friday in ref to repairing a Kenmore dryer. The gentleman was very nice and stated there was a 45.00 service charge to diagnose. Fair enough. I told him I would bring it in. So, tried to drop off the following Wednesday and was greeted by an employee standing outside smoking. He ask if he could help me and I told him I was dropping off a dryer to be looked at. He stated they dont work on Kenmore products. When I told him I called and was told to bring it in, he said you didnt talk to me. I then got in my vehicle and left. Terrible attitude and pathetic customer service! Would not advise using this business! Would give no stars if possible!

Very knowledgeable and wonderful store owner. Although he didnt have the part I needed for my gas stove in stock, he got it in quickly.

We needed new oven and stove eye elements. Took our old parts with us and they were able to hook us up with everything we needed. It’s an old stove but now it works like new again. Replacing those parts was still much cheaper than having to buy a new stove. Very friendly, helpful and professional! Would highly recommend for any and all of your appliance needs.

Called about getting dryer fixed. Advised I will bring to them. Quote was very affordable, especially after checking new dryer prices. Was givena 24 hour turn around. Called me in less than 4 hours it was ready. Works good as new. Thanks so much, highly recommend.

I’ve called Brian twice recently for two different repairs. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help troubleshoot on the phone. His parts were competitively priced: one part that he didn’t have in stock was ordered and there within 2 days. He also seems to have a good selection of used and renewed appliances. I highly recommend this business!

Brian just replaced a heating element in my oven. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. A bonus was that his service charge was very reasonable compared to another local repair shop. Highly recommend!

Purchased a dryer heating element for $65.00 only to find out it wasnt the heating element that was bad...I needed the thermostat set instead. Tried to return the element and they refused to give a refund because the element had been plugged in...two little prongs had been inserted into the dryer for 10 seconds...no damage, no scratches...nothing wrong with the part at all. He also quoted us a price of $45.00 for the thermostat set which can be purchased at amazon for $8.97 (Also found out you can purchase ALL 3 pieces...heating element and thermostat set for $30.42 with free shipping).I always try and support the small businesses and wouldnt have complained at all with paying $65.00 for the element to have my dryer working the same day...the complaint I have with this business is the customer service of not allowing returns on their merchandise.Next time Ill be patient and wait a few days...Im now stuck with a $65.00 heating element I dont need but I am ordering the thermostat set from amazon instead of paying his price of $45.00.This place is ok if you are in a hurry for your part and dont mind paying 4X the price...just make sure its the right part!

You could get the same parts, probably cheaper, on a website, but why would you? Especially if it was the wrong part, and or defective. People its not worth the hassle. I definitely will shop at Brians in the future. Honesty, and Integrity, means a lot to me.

They sold me a dryer and it quit working only 4 months later. So I called to see if they would s rvice(which I said I would pay for) and they said they would not come that far even though I’m only 22 minutes from their store. So I bought a different dry elsewhere and they were the only place that had the screws for it and they charged me 30$ for 3 screws and would not negotiate price despite the trouble they had put me through with their poor product quality and service. Disappointed because I heard good things about them. Would not recommend.

Should have check prices before purchasing. Paid $65 for a dryer heating element. After researching an average price on line is about $25. They did have it in stock and it did works so that is a plus.

Parts way to high and staff was rude. He made a comment about me going straight for the candy on the counter. I will recommend his services.
