Awesome job!! They soft washed 20 condos and the siding is sparkling white. We have 8 wooden decks that needed cleaned and stained. They were only supposed to soft wash the decks but the decks were in such a bad shape they had to come back with a pressure washer even though they didn’t have to because we only ask for the soft wash. The decks were molded and took extra time. Stained the 8 decks and done a awesome job. They were having to deal with a couple of decks that was a different color and they are all supposed to be the same color,they got all the decks the same color and they look great. Anytime we had a concern or question and we contacted them they responded back to us very quickly. Very friendly. Definitely would recommend. Great to work with.

I had Roofs Like New come out and do a number of jobs. They did a light pressure wash with their own chemical formula for my vinyl siding (entire house) and brick in some spots. The house looks brand new. Where they had a tough spot like the soffits under an upstairs deck that was used for grilling they utilized the first step then went in with a brush and scrubbed the second application in. I never remember it looking that good. They also repaired/replaced some roof shingles.They cleaned out the gutters, repaired a gutter and installed gutter guards.They also trimmed back several trees away from the house (and gutters) and away from fence. They have a bucket truck that allowed them to go up 15 to 20 feet to cut the limbs back.All of the work was outstanding and I am a bit OCD about quality.Finally, Brandie and Chad and everyone I met or spoke with were polite and friendly. Best of all, they ended up charging less than the original estimate which was very, very competitive. Thank you all for an outstanding job. You will be doing all my work from now on.Paul Aiello
