Poor service! I have been a loyal customer for over 17 years. I had a really good service man who came every 3 months. He was replaced by another really good one, Zach. He came and did a great job. Now suddenly no one has shown up. They agreed to spray every 3 months but are NOT doing it. I tried to call and never an answer. The only thing I get is this call may be monitored for quality assurance. Please wait. After multiple incredibly long calls on hold and NO way to even leave a message to call me back I give up! This company has became horrible! I would give ZERO STARS but apparently Google wont let me!

Leos is the best! We have been using them for 6+ years, and have always been 100% satisfied. Brandon is always available if you need something outside of regular spraying. The customer service is amazing. I highly recommed Leos Pest Control!

We contracted with Leo’s for pest control. When we needed them with a Yellowjacket problem, we could not get a call back. We talked to the person who answered the phone and she said someone would “call us right back - with an hour.” They never called back. We called, talking to several different people and each said a technician would be in touch.Never happened.AVOID Leo’s.We have cancelled our pest control contract.Leo’s will NOT be there when you need them.

This is the most unprofessional company customer service wise I have dealt with.I called several days in a row to make a termite inspection on a house that we are on a time crunch under due diligence. For three days we called and we were told we would be contacted by a scheduler... on the third day we finally got the call back after having to constantly call them. Once scheduled, we stressed this is an out of state visit and inspection for us and it had to be done on a certain day. Being 7 days in on our due diligence now (3) days wasted waiting on them, their inspector was finally scheduled. This inspection was scheduled for 2:00 pm on 8.27.21 the inspector left at 2:03 literally approached, saw we had not arrived and left in a hurry. He passed us speeding down a one lane road in a hurry on his way out. We arrived at 2:07 to no inspector, the reason for our tardy time was a school bus holding us up. To say the least we are extremely dissatisfied with this company not only for leaving abruptly, but for wasting our time during due diligence.

Paul arrived promptly and did a free inspection. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The technician, Nathan arrived on time, was friendly and respectful of the family, pets, and house. I would recommend them for any pest control you need.

Leo’s has wonderful employees who are professional and courteous. We did the premier membership for termite prevention and mosquitos. They did an awesome job and came every three months like clockwork to rebait and check for unwanted pests. I highly recommend Leo’s!

Always accommodating with time and days you need my guy is polite courteous and tells me his findings: once my sump pump wasnt working and dont know how long it would have taken me to find it but for him. Nice people to deal with Ive had them for 13+ years now checking for water damage or termites yearly of which none found but pump. Id recommend them.

Lots of rain caused carpenter ants. We have had a contract with Leos since 1979. One phone call to them. Brandon Tilley, the tech man, called us to say he was in the area. Within ten minutes, Brandon was at the house. He was very gracious as he sprayed inside and out. Im sure our ant problem is over. We will call again and ask for Brandon. Job well done.

My name is Chester, and I was referred to Leos by 2 of my brothers, they told me they had outstanding service and great pricing. Wouldnt know, because after calling 4 times over the course of 2 and a half days, I was told that my information was taken down and someone would call me soon to get set up. Everytime I called I got an apology and an assurance someone would call me back but never did. I was never Ill or rude, nor was Brenda the lovely woman who answered all my calls. Just disappointed at how I was treated and dont understand why...Then Paul, the guy that was supposed to call me, gives himmself a 5 star review right after mine for professionailism. Why not just take the time to call me and make things right, rather than cover your tracks by trying to hide my review?

Im live in Texas, called because I have a friend moving up to Kingsport and they have bedbugs in the house. Daniel answered the phone, he was very knowledgeable and was able to provide the information I needed over the phone. The prices are fair and its the only company I talked to that uses heat to treat the bedbugs.

Leo’s did not fully resolve our issue. They stopped responding to our texts and calls for follow ups.

Amazing people! We had yellow jackets in our walls. Gary came out and signed us up for pest control. Paul called just a few hours later and made the appointment to take care of the yellow jackets for the next day! Nice people! They get the job done! Very happy with this company!

This business has been sold to a nationwide company called Rentokil. It is not the same since the previous owners left. I spent several hundred dollars and I still have the same problem as before . I called their office and got nowhere . The technician that works in my area rides around with a woman in his truck every time I see him . And I asked what happens to the wildlife after it’s caught and they put it in a gas chamber . It just doesn’t seem like a professional company and I’m not using them again .

I had them come out for a snake. These guys were wonderful!!! I am DEATHLY AFRAID of Snakes and they helped me calm down and have some sort of peace of mind. They go above and beyond to help.

We have always been satisfied with the service provided by Leos. Our tech, Nathan is awesome. Hes always quick to respond when we need him to come out and he keeps the pests away. Best of all, he is friendly and has a great attitude!

I am amazed ...Leos inspector found an old damage to the baseboard in my garage yesterday at 1:30 pm. After a phone call, i received a call from a Leos repair man and the next morning he arrived at my home and had the repairs done in a matter of a few hours, all at no charge to me. I have been with Leos for many years and this customer service is why!!! The inspector was very knowledgeable and the 2 repair men were so well prepared to do the work, tools and material on hand, and the quality of the work was amazing. If you ever have to choose pest control service, do yourself a favor and go with Leos....they are the best...really understand the meaning of customer service to the limit !!!!!!!!

I told Nathan I saw a possible roach run across my kitchen floor. He explained it probably was a Wood Roach, and due to all the rain we had just gotten, a lot of people were having issues with bugs. Nathan was super nice! He came the day after I called for an appointment and I was very thankful for that. He said he didnt see any fleas. Leos Pest Control is blessed to have an employee like Jamie Proulex. He was very professional with all phases of his duty. The inspection he did for my home was definitely not a fly-by-night business and was very thorough with his inspection. Fortunately there were no signs of termites. Hes one of the best!

Im changing my bad review to a good one because the technician did come and explain things to me and it wasnt a problem I had with him,it was the other person that told me things just to make a sell and it wasnt right,but that is where my anger and bad review came from,the technician is very kind and caring and was very careful around my animals and used animal safe products. He was kind the first time he came and I would recommend him to any of my friends that need an exterminator especially if they have animals.I do want to thank you for being careful around our rescues and explaining things to us.I also want to apologize for my bad review from before, it wasnt the technician I was angry with.

My wife and I live in Maryland, but have a house in Bristol VA that was being rented to some terrible tenants. They caused a rat infestation in our house. We called Leos and agreed to a contract for a tech to visit every three months for a year, they supposedly sent a tech to the house soon after that though I never heard anything from Leos. After a few weeks I called Leos to inquire about my bill and how the service went. I was told everything went well and they would be mailing the bill.After another two weeks or so, my wife had to travel to Bristol to meet the Sheriff and evict the terrible tenants. While she was in town she went to Leos only to find out the the tenants never let the tech into the house and the service had NOT been completed as I had been told over the phone. While there in person, she scheduled a time for the tech to access the now vacant house. When the tech arrived, he found a roach infestation(did I mention how terrible the tenants were?) to go along with the rats. He suggested the best course of action to be a monthly treatment plan and advised that he would send a new monthly contract and would reach out in the future to schedule the next treatments. At this time the tech did a full service and we began seeing results(dead roaches everywhere) relatively soon there after.Another two weeks pass and continued radio silence from Leos. No new contract had been mailed, emailed, or in anyway communicated to us, no scheduling had been done. We called and cancelled our contract today. No apologies were made for the lack of communication, no attempts were made to do any better.This is understandably a very stressful situation for us as we have had to take days off of work to travel and tend to this house, not to mention the literal thousands of dollars we are out do to non-payment of rent and damages. We needed a company we could rely on, someone who could do the job, and communicate to us. Maybe Im asking for too much, but knowing that a rat and roach infestation was allowed to grow for roughly a month due to Leos lack of communication is infuriating.TLDR;Leos says they completed a service they did not complete, roach and rat infestation grows for over a month.

Jamie Proulex arrived on time for our annual termite inspection. He was professional, had a positive attitude, and did a thourogh job. Our crawl space is difficult to access, but Jamie had no problem accessing the entrance. I felt comfortable and confident that an extensive inspection was conducted.

Had a problem with wasp. I called around to several places trying to find the most reasonable price for an inspection. Everywhere wanted about $200 to come out and inspect the house. Called Leo’s and they offered a free inspection and estimate. They told me they would inspect the out side of the house as well as inside including fireplaces and the attic. Our appointment day came around, I had to call to see if a technician was still coming out because he hadn’t shown. Called to find out he was still at the shop and hadn’t even left. He ended up being an hour late. Our “inspection” consisted of them sending out a sales rep (not a technician). I took him to where I’ve been finding the wasp and he proceeded to try to sell me on some 6 month treatment program. Never inspected anything! Just stood in my bacement and tried to sell me ridiculously priced treatment plans. I called Leo’s after he left and asked when they were going to send an inspector out. I was told on the phone they don’t do inspections because there’s no way to find where the wasps were coming from. ( Uh thought that’s what pest control did?) and whoever told me they did didn’t know what they were talking about (well then why are they working for you? Anything to try to make a sale, right?) All they can do is spray and hope it clears the problem. I asked how they were supposed to solve the problem with out knowing the source? “Well you really can’t”, is the answer I received. So not only did they lie about giving me a fee inspection, they also almost conned me out of $225 just to spray my house that wasn’t guaranteed to solve the issue. Anyway if you want something done right, i’d call somewhere else, you might have to pay $200 for an inspection, but at least the inspection won’t consist of a sales rep standing in your house trying to sell you useless “treatment plans”.

Had heard good things about Leos and when an infestation of hornets took over an outer corner of my house they came out and took care of it quickly and thoroughly. My service technician was Nathan Leonard and he was very good in figuring out how to solve the problems that I had and getting the job done.
