Called Kings @ 0800 AM and spoke with Roger. I told him we had blew a tire (inside right) on our motorhome coming down I-81. We had limped two miles to exit 7 and were at the Walmart. Roger juggled some things around and by 930 the Tech was there. Very professional, knew exactly what he was doing. By 1130 we were ready for the road. Everyone went out of their way to get us “on the road again”. Thank You so much.

Stopped with our camper/low tire - Randy came out directed us to back into garage. He totally checked out tire/no problem with tire! He put back on rim after total check and put correct air in all tires— they didn’t charge due to no issue found. Very friendly and awesome place!

Worse service ever. Went to get a alignment done. Call before going here they didn’t say anything about appointments. Lady up front was nice asked the man if he could try to align it real fast. With a attitude he said he couldn’t fit it in the schedule till wensday.

Stopped in to get air in my trailer tires. Friendly staff and techs. No charge for the air, but always make sure you tip the person who helps you out.

Work was timely, staff is prompt. Waiting area is nice & clean but there is little to no wide-open view to the Car Garage so you have to look out the windowed single door or walk outside and peak in the bay door. I went back a week later with a friend who got his tires changed, yet they did not put on New Valve Stems.

Overall good company, but dont appreciate hard working employees. Agreed to take a cutbin pay for first 90 days until I proved myself and knowledge of the industry but after 6 months no raise, no anything except a thank yiyba good bye

Beware. Dont go here. Speaking on behalf of my friend who went in for an alignment. He was notified that the Rear Lateral Links were seized, couldnt be adjusted, and needed to be replaced. Maybe penetrate spray over X days would have fixed it - regardless replacements links were cheap. He paid $60 for alignment took car back in with new parts from Rock Auto (saved over $100 by not ordering through Kings).Go to pick up car and $200!? First, tried to charge him for another alignment - after initially telling him he wouldnt be charged. After they owned up to that mistake, $130 charge for 2 HOURS @ $65 for the job! Being SUPER generous, this job is 30 minutes. I called them out on it and they boasted Oh this is a X million dollar facility...we know what we are doing. Do this, look up the How to Replace Install Rear Lateral Link 1998 Toyota Camry and see if this looks like a 2 hour job. This is the exact job they charged for $120. Please watch video for what this shop $120 for. This wasnt a rusty suspension, frame showed no signs of bolt having to being cut off, so it was a 10 minute job. I even asked them about seized bolts, they ignored the question.I mean I could somewhat understand a round up to one hour job, not TWO. You lost business from all my friends and family. Look up the effectiveness of word of mouth marketing. If you are told you have to replace parts for an alignment, get them replaced at Fairmount, then come here for the rest of your alignment.

2 1/2 hours to wait for one tire replacement because 2 other people come in after me and get done first, the good old boy treatment me and another customer got done this way on same day . They say word of mouth traveles fast I say I Do Not recommend this place

Went to King Tire in Bristol on 4/30 to get a tire repaired off of my Ford Edge, which had a nail in the tire. First they tell me that they do not plug the tire, they take it off the wheel and repair from the inside. The posted price was $20 to repair a flat. I was charged $21 plus tax, $1.00 for shop supplies. Wouldn’t you think the shop supplies was included in the price, besides I removed the tire from the vehicle and mounted it back on, so the price should have been reduced? They put the tire in the back of my truck and when I got home I noticed that they had scratched the wheel cover and left black greasy stuff on the wheel cover. Bottom line, I would not recommend this place, and will let all my friends know what a rip off they are.
