Good place to ship a package. Would like to see earlier hours though.
Showed up at 4am to my orientation, like the 5+ confirmation email/texts instructed.Even got a text message from Chad from HR telling me to be there at 4.. turns out nobody even gets there until 5 and they dont actually 6.. once a manager actually showed up we was instructed to watch training videos, which he turned off after about 15 minutes and gave us all the answers, so I learned absolutely nothing and was very confused. Took me to the floor and automatically told me to start unloading packages from trailers onto moving belts. Then the 2 hours I did work I was constantly told to do things differently. I wouldnt have to been told if I would have received any sort of training. Turns out you the days and times are completely different from job ad. You have to call everyday to see if they even have a spot open for you that day. Super unprofessional and theres a definitely a safety concern from no training, especially when you deal with packages that are chemicals and some packages are extremely heavy which could cause you to hurt yourself.
I had a package held for pickup, not a problem, but I had to wait until 3pm before the office was open for the package to be picked up. It would be nice if the facility would expand the hours and services of this office. Its already in place, why not utilize it to its full potential?

These people are a joke.Not only is there customer service GARBAGE, but they refuse to just let me do their job for them, and go pick the package up myself!Literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.*EDIT: To add insult to injury, they replied to my review, but won’t answer my 11 phone calls or my emails or my DMs.You’re better off delivering the package yourself, if these idiots are involved.
Closed on Saturdays, unprofessional in ups store when trying to pickup my package early, and the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had when trying to call. After finally getting ahold of an agent I gave her my tracking number and she hung up on me. Let’s just say if I have the option I absolutely won’t be using ups.

Why are drivers stating delivered to front door on the tracking status when I just saw the UPS employee throw it on my curb on the street 90 yards away from my front door. There were 2 males on the truck and not one of them ran it to the door or attempted to drive up my driveway. They should not lie on the delivery status.
Odd drop off hours but fully equipped to get a packaged shipped. Great option.

My package has been at their facility 3 days. It made of from Columbus Ohio to Roanoke in 1 day and been moved out of 3 other facilities in the same day... will for sure pay extra to have it shipped by another carrier
Don’t ever try working here, they don’t care about their employees and when they hire new people they don’t explain anything to them. I was told to call every morning at 3:45am to know if I even worked that day and then on top of that when I called they didn’t pick up and told me that I was calling too early even though it was past 4 by the time they got done picking up my 11 calls. Very unprofessional in every aspect
I was harassed by a worker/DRIVER named Jeremy SMITH,when I worked seasonal Help,he constantly would make moves towards me and rub my legs. He had my phone number because I was his helper and he would send me inappropriate messages .He would show up to work hung over from the night before. do not recommend working for seasonal help.then they switch me to a driver named randy Davenport and he tried the same thing. Started odd by trying to get my phone number. Worst place ever
I occasionally have packages delivered to me at Lakeview RV Park. NEVER do they attempt delivery at my lot, instead to the park office. Last time I picked up the wrong package among several delivered to the park office. Why do they not deliver to the lot number on the package? I will insist on FedEx as shipper. They always deliver to my door. Totally disgusted with UPS. I have directed shipment to be held at Bristol distribution center on Bonham Road for my last order to protect my investment. A drone would be more efficient . . . waiting for that day!
I have always received excellent and professional service at the UPS customer center in Bristol VA. My overnight deliveries have arrived on time or earlier than expected. The staff has always answered my questions and helped me to determine my best option/price. I tried to use the UPS Store in Bristol once, and my shipment cost me significantly more. The USPS always takes much longer to get through the line. I wish UPS would bring back the original longer hours, though.
Forget the one star . It should be zero stars.The only way you get good service is if you own a company that has a contract with them.Other than that use Fedex and save yourself some grief!
Awaited a rather expensive order from nike being handled and delivered by ups of bristol. once i arrived home, package was torn to pieces all over front yard from my dog. package had been placed at front door with dog rather than gated porch 10 ft away. the amount of carelessness by this delivery guy is absurd... my teenage sons could do better.
I understand it is 12/31/2018. New Years EVE. Im waiting on glasses to be delivered and have been told UPS isnt delivering today. So another day out of work because I cant see, oh but wait the real holiday is tomorrow. So 3 days because why they get a 4 day holiday.
I had two packages that was suppose to be delivered 12/12/19. Tracking shows packages delivered at front door and signed by virtual signature. I did NOT receive my packages. Received a call from a guy that owns a vacant garage about a quarter mile out the road and my two packages was left there OUTSIDE on an old OIL BARREL next to the ROAD in the RAIN! One of the boxes contained clothes and it was left outside on an old oil barrel next to the road in the rain. The driver drove by my house to go to the garage and then agai back down the road. I know because I sat here and watched him. He even looked toward my house when he went back down the road. My house number is on the house and on the mailbox that sit next to the road. Ive tried to contact UPS 4 times. First call was disconnected. Second call the guy hung up on me because I couldnt understand what he was saying. Third lady transferred me and was on hold 61 minutes, forth call was unsuccessful. This type of service from UPS is totally unacceptable.
They said my package was destroyed from Ulta the first time, so Ulta replaced it and.mailed it out again. This has been a month ago and still havent received it. So I called Ulta back and had them send it regular mail and recieved it in 2 days. Something fishy I think is going on for the same package from Ulta to be destroyed. I feel some employee must be enjoy my stuff from Ulta. Needs to be investigated and I have shared my concerns with Ulta too. Not a fan of ups in Bristol VA
Would give 0 stars if possible. Drove 2 hours out of my way to pick up a package that was there, because they said they could not deliver it on time ( It was already 5 days late, paid extra for overnight air). Confirmed over the phone twice that I could pick it up, if I made the drive. Got there, staff was too lazy to get my package. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. No one apologized, and the manager was Too Busy to speak with me. Will never give UPS my business again.
Are your drivers literate? Do they not understand latin letters that we in the English speaking world use? Is the word FRAGILE missing from their vocabulary? You would think someone who could read and think at a 1st grade level and whose job it is to deliver packages would know to take the extra 3 seconds to gently place something labelled FRAGILE on the porch rather than drop it from 4 feet. I heard the glass shatter through the door when the driver dropped it off. Thanks Bristol UPS, I will be sending pictures to the seller, and will explicitly ask in my refund request that your store be held accountable.
I have no complaints of the drivers or the condition of any package I have ever received from the drivers in my area. What I do find ridiculous is if a get a final notice of pickup for a signature required pqckage, that I should then drive over an hour to then go pick it up. The UPS system could have sent the package to either of the two UPS stores that are along the way to the distribution center in Bristol! I mean their trucks go there already, and Im five minutes from the closest one when Im at work.
Twice we’ve expected next day delivery packages that were NOT delivered the next day. Not even next business day. Slowest delivery ever. I will always request FedEx from now on.
Trash service. Their overnight air took 3 days. Customer support just says “HuRr DUrrR ItS iN TrAnSIT. For true overnight use usps. They are hands down TOPS. I don’t even know why I tried dealing with ups, so I guess it’s my fault for betraying usps.
Carefully organised to ensure package was received on needed day. No attempt to deliver No paperwork. And seemingly no urge to sort the issue. Highly disappointed
MIKE HUGHES is horrible, he should never be over the union. After 15 thousand dollars in union dues he won’t even help you when needed. My lawyers had to get involved
UPS IS A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY! LOST A PACKAGE AND MADE THE CLAIM TAKE LONGER BECAUSE 1 GET THIS 1 SUPER VISOR IS ON VACATION AND DECIDED NOT TO COME INTO WORK, WELL THEY SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE ELSE WHO CAN HANDLE STUFF WHEN ONE IS NOT THERE! Package was not delivered on time, two days late and still being told address not found when Ive spoken with a rep two times to confirm. Online Im being shown my packages are at the store to be. Picked up and on phone being told they are not in store lol what to do ?????????
As a professional who runs my business out of my home, I have had nothing but issues from this UPS out of Bristol, Va. I receive numerous packages (sometimes 2 a week) and many are time sensitive. I have called many times to complain about the driver not delivering to my home, but dropping packages at the end of my long driveway on the street (even in the rain and snow) Even after complaints and requesting that the deliveries be left at my door, the pkgs continue to be left on the street. Last week 2 pkgs were sent 2 Day Air. I finally received one of them on Wednesday (at the street in the snow) and am STILL waiting on the other on a Friday night. (mailed at the same time) Looking for a way to move my complaints WAAAY up the ladder as this problem has been an issue since early spring. Some of the elderly people on this street complain about the same thing. This is becoming a hardship for some of them to have to either walk or drive to the end of their driveways to get their packages. This isnt acceptable UPS.
UPS is the worst these days... why? can someone tell me why they dont knock on the door anymore to deliver a package especially if a signature is required!? smh.. they drive to your home just to stick an infonotice on the dang door! which says I can pick up my package at a UPS store...if I wanted it delivered to a store I would instruct that ...I order from online for a reason! Its ridiculous especially when I am home all the time..

Since moving last year weve had drivers that just dont show on days when shipping is guaranteed. I swear, Id pay additionally to have things sent via another carrier.
I will never again have anything shipped to my house through UPS. They have lost my packages TWICE! Because they dropped them off at the WRONG house. And one order was $100! And they told me there was nothing they could do about it.
