I absolutely love this place! Every experience that I’ve had here with each procedure has been better then the previous one! They completely reverse the aging process and for much less then I spent on over the counter products that had no results! I would highly recommend the services here to anyone. It’s an investment in your skin with consummate professionals who explain everything thing to you before you have it done. My skin is better now then when I was in my twenties!!!!

Dr. La France is very profession and fully knowledgeable on the procedures he performs. He will go into great detain on how each procedure works.The staff is equally amazing and catering to all your needs. They really give you the 5 star treatment.The facility is beautiful and luxurious but dont expect to come here and look like a Kardashian. That is not their philosophy!

Highly recommend Dr LaFrance and his wonderful team! Had a horrible microblading experience and had laser treatment - WOW I look like myself again! The staff is very warm and friendly. The office is beautiful and clean and Dr LaFrance knows his stuff! Great experience.

If I could give it a zero stars I would. This is the 2nd time I walked in this place and was made to feel extremely unwelcome.. The first time was at an open house a few years ago. I thought my experience would be better today. But it was the same.. No warmth at all. You actually feel like they are annoyed you are even there. The girl at the front desk is very snotty but tries to do in a nice way. Its too bad because Ive heard good things about the doctor.. For a warm inviting atmosphere I would visit Renu:180, Aria Medical or Grace Medical. At least you will be made to feel like they are happy to see you.

My experience with La France Medical Aesthetics has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff is always friendly and caring, and I feel welcomed and pampered. Dr. LaFrance takes the time to explain options, letting you know what to expect. He is very patient and gentle in his approach, and the outcomes are subtle and natural. I have been very satisfied and highly recommend Dr. LaFrance and his office.

As a new potential client, they made me wait for over 15 minutes, totally ignoring me and taking other patients in. They didnt even tell me who I was seeing or that she was running behind. This was a really poor first impression. I expected at least very basic customer service and didnt get it from a higher end medical spa. Will be taking my pocketbook elsewhere.

They wanted a credit card to place a hold on just to make an appointment for a consultation. What doctor asks for payment a month in advance? None.
