Ridiculous! WILL NOT answer the phone or return voicemail! Parts call center open till 10pm? Well, I have been calling since 3pm and left messages too. Way to support customers broken down and in need of parts!

These guys are the real deal! Honest and VERY THOROUGH ! I brought my ISX W900 in with a laundry list of repairs needed. They kept in constant contact with me and hit every point. Tom was fantastic! He really took the time and listened to my concerns, even saved me money where he could. I am so grateful. Thanks guys!

Mechanic guy his name is Steve and there is a young lady here I believe the supervisor they are awesome I had an issue she came out connected her I pad to the truck to read a code it did not work she attempted to try that three times. then she said I’m going to go get the mechanic “Steve” to further help you with your situation the mechanic came out hook this computer up to it found the issue in a really fast time and resolve the problem. honest didn’t beat around the bush or try to entice me to get other stuff if you’re in the area and you need Service done to your Cummins engine come here!

Two thumps up for these guys! Tom and Mike were helpful figuring out my generator issues. They were able to diagnose and fig out the problem within the hour! Can’t say enough good things about their service!!

I had a problem with my generator last week. My generator was still under warranty and they found the issue. Melissa, the customer representative was beyond helpful knowledgeable and she was amazing understanding the business situation so she always do her best to help me in appointments and finally replacing the unit . Greg the supervisor was also extremely helpful along with Will, the technician which was amazing in terms of being very knowledgeable. He showed great skills and understandings despite the difficult situation of the generator. They definitely helped me a lot. WOW ! I have been in business for 39 years and have never received such great service from any other business. Melissa in the office was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, Greg the service manager was all of the above and then some. I do not have the names of the mechanics that worked on the truck however they did a great job also and did not get the steering wheel greasy, foot prints on the headliner and the truck was in better condition than when I left the truck there for repairs! This has been the best service experience I have ever had in 39 years. Thanks to the entire staff, keep up the great work.

Its A Decent Place

Were a contracted intermodal company dealing with the loading and unloading of cargo trains. We have four lift machines on site to ensure smooth operations and timely train departures. One of these machines went down yesterday as the fuel pump went. Greg, Melissa, and Tom of the customer service department were outstanding in getting us a new fuel pump that same day, and even got a tech out to us after hours to get our operations moving forward. Christian the tech, arrived on site in a timely manner, diagnosed and corrected the issue with our lift equipment to ensure our operations moved forward on time. They showed exemplary professionalism and customer service. Thank you!

I am always hesitant to try new repair shops but I am so happy I brought my Peterbilt into the Cummins Bristol, PA Service Dept. I was having a fan clutch issue and all the repair shops in the area were beyond capacity, including Cummins, but after discussing my issues with Tom he was able to squeeze me into the shop to at least diagnose the issues and come up with a game plan. The team here is absolutely top notch. It’s very rare that you find such a high level of customer service, well-mannered staff and a team that knows how to keep owners up to date with all aspects of the repair. Melissa is a role model for anyone who has direct contact with customers. She knows her stuff, can explain all the issues and has a game plan of getting issues fixed properly. The team went above and beyond to assure all aspects of the repair was covered and that I was leaving the shop knowing that the semi was in top operational condition. I called the toll free number to order parts which sent my call to the Harrisburg, PA location. I told the person over the phone the parts I needed and asked if they could be picked up at the Bristol, PA location. I was assured that I could pick them up there and that they have my parts needed in stock. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there only to find out that they didnt have a part in stock after I was assured they did. The parts person tried to find the item in the warehouse but was unsuccessful. The parts manager was not helpful at all. All I was told was sorry they didnt have it and that it could be ordered and I would receive the parts by the following week. I needed the parts today to get my generator up and running again and now I have to wait longer. Very unprofessional customer service. Will not be contacting them again for anything

I was having a generator problem others could not diagnose for my Winnebago RV. The service team did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem very quickly at a time when we really needed it for the AC unit in the coach. I would highly recommend the service team there.

Small parts department but service is good. Seal, rear engine gaskets and supply they have in their stock.

Awful Awful In Every Way. They should be ashamed of their customer service. They told me theyd meet me at 6am to deal with constant generator problems and completely no showed me. STAY far away from all these people at Bristol.

Generator tech came onsite with the right parts and had it fixed the first time, can’t ask for any better than that.
