1st time visiting. Brought my 2yo goldendoodle for a grooming (after 3.5 full months w/o) they had her for 3 hours and she looks amazing!!! Already a star of the neighborhood when we walked this morning and she saw all her canine friends. Fair pricing, dog friendly atmosphere (NO KENNELS) the dogs just wander around like they work there 😂 definitely going back.

This company is a scam. They sent me a letter stating I owed almost 10,000 on a debt but willing to settle for 2400. First of all, I dont even know what debt this suppose to be when Ive been debt free for over 20 years. The only debt I remember is a for a cc back when I was 19 and I didnt owed that much on it. Please dont call or talk to this company because they may try to add the debt to your credit report.

This people brings debts that were already removed by years from your credit report and start harassing you with calls, emails and letters. Very annoying and they calls you any day at any time 😏😏😏

I received a call from a so called representative attempting to collect a debt that I do not owe being that I do not have debt at all. Very disrespectful and unprofessional while on the phone with me. This guy speaks as if he was intoxicated and trying to bully me over the phone. This company is horrible! if anyone has or is being harassed by this company, contact an attorney immediately along with the CFPB!

This is a fake collection agency. They buy and sell old debt that cannot be collected via lawsuit anymore as well as inaccurate/incomplete debt records. The other shady agencies that buy the records then harass people via phone and letters threatening to hurt their credit rating, contact employers, etc.... If you receive anything from USI you should report it to the CFPB immediately.

This is a scam!! I get a phone call from them every few months for the last two years or so. Every voicemail says this is the last attempt to collect a debt before they seek other action. Whatever that means. Ive been debt free for over five years now with a credit score of almost 800. If I had outstanding debt I would know. Dont fall for this because they are rude and persistent but are 100% fraudulent!!

This is a scam. They are scamming at collecting debt over 16 years old that was fully cancelled. Most states have statute of limitations of 4-5 years. Don’t let this people scam you. They have been reported to the authorities.

The man that called did not identify himself. He asked to speak to a long deceased family member, and when I told him that person is dead he pressed me for his death information. So I thought I was being scammed. I called the number back and got USI Solutions. Really unprofessional.

Definitely a fraudulent company. I started receiving calls from this collector Nov 12th for a debt that I supposedly ran off on over 15 plus years ago that has never shown up on my credit because it was paid. The 1st guy was a bully so I hung up on him and immediately came here to share with you all. Lastly, the debt was never financed thru the company they stated I owed money too. Dont fall for it. Its ironic that they started calling right around the holidays.

ITS A SCAM SCAM ! Words can’t explain how furious I am. They threaten my credit report About a “debt” that I have witch I new for a fact that I didn’t! And said that they would settle the debt for a payment and asked me to pull out a credit card or checkbook..... no shame at all. They had my personal information like my social security number date of berth ETC.... How in the would is this comply still in Buissniess ?

Sent a letter to my wife stating that they bought her old collection debt & the attorney went out of business & she owed the remainder of that debt. Total BS because she doesn’t have any debt in collections, she has excellent credit

This is a predatory company who will scam you. They will also illegally robo call. This company has been fined numerous times because of illegal activity. They will try to collect on debts which they are not legally able to collect.

I was a victim of a scam by Flight Networks (a Canadian travel or flight site, which Id never use) and they placed me for collections. After the derogatory mark was placed on my credit reports, it was disputed, and Flight Networks was allowed 30 days to get a statement or proof together. The collection was removed from my credit report. I make plenty of money and this isnt a situation that I should have to go through. I believe it is a scam. It was supposedly placed on a card that was terminated and owned by my former employer, who also got involved with the bank who issued the credit card. Flight Networks then sold the account to USI Solutions, and when I told them it had already been disputed and removed from my report, they kept calling and harrassing me. I was usually driving or trying to sleep when theyd call and the first guy I explained the situation to was a real tough guy who wouldnt listen, just wanted to treat me like a criminal. I finally exploded and called them back and they assured me theyd not make any more calls until it gets resolved, but I dont believe that. What a f*cking nightmare of a bunch of entitled dip-doodles playing tough behind a telephone. They probably love their jobs. All I am saying is that treating honest people like criminals is no way to earn a living.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They have called me multiple times for a debt they say I still owe from 2005-2007! I paid the debt in 2007 in full and they are trying to say I owe a little over $1,000. The first guy that called me said he would email me paperwork right away proving I still owed this debt, a week later NOTHING. Today I spoke to the office manager Larry Dupont who wanted to treat me like I was a criminal trying to run from my debt. I explained the situation to him and what I had been told but never got any proof of what this debt was and if it was mine. The he tells me the attorney that bought the debt stated I still owe the money. First off when I paid the debt, I paid it to the original creditor, secondly Im in TEXAS the statute of limitations to collect a debt is FOUR YEARS...so 15 years later your going to call and say I owe a debt, I dont think so, I know the laws and my rights.
