I went there with my old PC after another repair shop refused to even look at it. The guy at Reboot took the tower, popped the cover off, found the problem and in 20 minutes I was out with my pc and it was running better than before. I recommend them to everyone now.

If you are looking for IT sanity and found yourself at Reboot Computers, look no further. Heres my short story. With zero notice at about 5:45 PM this evening, David came to my rescue. He introduced me to a very inexpensive secure method of creating a virtual private network so that me and my employees can log into our office computers using MS Remote Desktop without opening up any ports in my firewall. He walked me through the setup process twice, and when one of the systems needed to be upgraded to Windows 10 Pro to enable remoting, he walked me through that process too.

Gave David carte blanche on a new gaming PC build. As someone who knows little about the workings of a PC, but loves gaming, I just asked he keep the price reasonable and deliver on the performance. David delivered a PC like a proud father, beaming about how well he did getting me great prices on each component. I was more than happy to pay the VERY reasonable price on a machine that outperforms nearly 90% of others on the market (and I have the testing to back it up). Amazing work for a bargain price.

Wanted to repair the phone charging part, was told that they will give me a call in couple day when part comes in, never got a phone call back. 1 week later I called to them asked if part came in, they said yes, I can drop off the phone and pick it up the next day, and they will call me back next day with the time. Nobody called me back. Called them again Kevin said that he is not sure if he can finish it next day, told me to call him next day, I called the next day, he said that he preferred not to open the phone because he is not sure if he can be on time finishing. They promised me the same day service, it turned out 3 days even with out trying to change the easy part from the phone. Will never come back there and will not recommend to anybody!

I cannot say enough about Adam and the boys at reboot...I purchased a refurbished Dell a year ago that worked flawlessly for $150. I just upgraded to a much newer Dell a month ago and again works flawlessly and he took the old one in trade. The newer model has every bell and whistle a person needs for business and only cost $350.He is incredible at repair but if you need a machine see him first, he will save you $700 and unlike the box stores, he stands behind his products.Thanks for everything Adam

So, I brought in an old overly heavy monolith of a Dell laptop.I recieved an honest (to me) evaluation of the remaining lifespan and already knowing that Windows 7 support was ending, I decided to purchase another laptop from their shop with my old data transferred to the new one.I would highly recommend this shop and would go there in the future.

I recently brought my laptop in for a tune up and some popup issues. Spoke to Adam at drop off and he told me up front what was included in the diagnostic charge. He also explained how I would be told what was wrong with my laptop and what it would cost to fix any issues before work was performed. Spoke to Troy once diagnostic was complete and was told what needed to be fixed. He went over all my options and best cost related repairs. Upon pickup I spoke to Kevin and he further explained why I had popups, what website add-ons to avoid to prevent this from happening again. Plus, he stated what my options were if I ever wanted to make my laptop faster. These guys were great! They definitely know computers and I would definitely recommend them!

I recently had an issue with my graphics card, and I needed something to hold me by, until my new graphics card came in. I was told over the phone, were the definition of older graphics cards, and i could purchase an older PCIE graphics card for $20. SO i stopped in to look, and there was only 1 available. Untested, and it came from a computer that over-heated. Not only did they charge me double for the card ($50), the card is faulty when i personally tested it when i got home. Colored artifacts everywhere on the screen. When I called, it was kinda shrugged off. At least I can still use the card to browse the web, but I cant help feel a bit screwed over in the end. $50 for something untested, and in the end, surprise surprise, it only worth browsing the web... Cant help but feel screwed a bit. I mean $5 for something that works for browsing the web is fair... Not $50.

I hadnt been able to get my computer to work for months, replacing parts and trying new things, but when I finally gave in and looked up a computer repair store, I found ReBoot and gave it a shot. Carl not only fixed my computer right up, but stayed late because he was having fun doing it. Stay far away. For toy repair anyway. They had 2 drones of mine and 2 helicopters for repairs. One drone was there for 3 months! (Ultimately never repaired after all the lies day after day). One drone was given back repaired and was never actually fixed (and apparently I was charged under the table, not on the books). The 2 helicopters were supposedly handed off to a friend of the workers (because they dont actually repair helicopters) and 1 was given back butchered, one was untouched. (Charged me $200). After waiting 2 weeks for the owner to respond, leaving several messeges and Facebook posts, I got furious and demanded answeres. The owner gave me my money back (for what they had receipts for) and now Im stuck with no working drones or helis AND the $100 battery I left them is dead!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DREADFUL PLACE.
