Fantastic Crew, Fantastic Results, Highly recommend. Completed a custom detail and paint touch-up on my very large Armada Platinum. Can not believe the attention to detail inside and out. The wax used is magic, next wash by me took almost no effort. Price was more than reasonable. Will be entrusting them with my other vehicles also. Cannot say enough for this locally owned business. I went to this location to get my windows tinted on July 24th on my brand new $60k vehicle. When I dropped the vehicle off the vehicle was clean no mud or dirt inside or out. When I picked the vehicle up after the tint was completed the car had mud and dirt all in the inside (I left the plastic on the inside of the car as you open the door to preserve the newness of the labeling along the foot of the door. It was ripped off when I picked the car up.) I spoke to the employees and mentioned the mess my car was left in. I got sorry, nothing else. I immediately noticed what a horrible job was done. Not one window had been tinted correctly. I paid $445 for ceramic tint. Every window was bubbled, one had fibers or someones hair under the tint(they claim fibers), the back window was jagged and looked like a 3 year old had cut the film. I was told I had to wait at least 6 weeks to report any issues as the Warranty would take place and cover any issues. I continued calling and asking when I could get the tint replaced as it looks horrible. Ive had every vehicle Ive owed tinted and this is my first bad experience. We are talking 20 plus vehicles, not one had a problem but this is only my second at this location and the absolutely the last. Finally I was able to get another appointment on Oct 23rd. I arrive and Im told they are going to submit a Warranty claim. They took pictures of every window and of all the terrible bubbles, peeling, hair, fibers under tint (or what ever it was under the tint) as well as the terrible cutting of the back window that again is jagged like a child cut it. Move on to Dec as I hear nothing. I speak with Ruford Eller which says the company is working on my Warranty claim and back logged due to covid until April. So April has come and gone, it has been nearly a year and I still have terrible tint. No replacement, no appt scheduled for a replacement. I again spoke to Eller on April 20th, which he stated he would get back to me in a few days to schedule a re-tint to correct every window. Call never came, at this point Im thinking civil suit and going to an actual reputable company to have my tint completely replaced. Im not sure how there is any good reviews on this location at all. I have nothing good to say as my experience has been the worst! I would recommend going to anyone except this location. No excuse for terrible any lazy results. I took my car for a quote recently on the replacement the guy literally laughed and said went to Ellers? I of course didnt find the comment funny. Obviously he has had a number of corrections and complaints on this so called company. Never again will Ellers have a dime of business from me or my family. This is a true and accurate review based on my personal experience!

Place is a damn joke. You cant trust them. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

I have had Ellers handle three of my cars. They do an excellent job. I just had my car pinstriped and it came out beautifully. I have had people admire the process of bringing this 2013 vehicle up to a shine of a new car! Their prices are very reasonable. You will not be disappointed if you chose Ellers.

Excellent service. We had an appointment. They did the leather repair on the car seat in less time than expected. Fare price! Job looks GREAT!

Great guys and very good at what they do

I have had one lie after another. My beetle was there 3 months. Wanted sunroof fixed but wasnt under warranty. I understand that, but I wanted my headliner fixed and windows tented. After 3 months of having this vehicle and that one to do before mine, I only got windows tent. I asked why they didnt do the headliner, I was told I needed to be patient. After 3 months I was beyond patient. Wouldnt take a jalopy there. Wasted 3 months of insurance and time

Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else. TRUST ME. Stay away from this place. You get one lie right after another. Never again! I should have went to RPM offload from the start.

My car has been there for almost a month. It needed to be reprogrammed, (remote start) . Every day a different lie, if you even get an answer. It has a lifetime warranty. This should have been a simple fix. He promised to put a new one on, but that was 2 weeks ago! Going to BBB today! Do not take your vehicles here. This place was reputable a few years ago!

Amazing place. Dont be fooled by these negative reviews! Known Eller for years now and never had a bad job. If you want window tint this is where you need to go. 100% lifetime warranty and no worries about cheap tint. 3M tint available now and even step down tint is high quality and lifetime warranty as well.

When you see former customers go out of their way to warn the public to stay away from Ellers Kustom Konversions, do just that. Stay away! I mean, people are posting flyers up around Bristol warning people to stay away!! With what Ive heard from everyone, I regret telling anyone I got work done at Ellers. I will NEVER support a company who rips customers off and dosent pay their employees! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! How is this place still open!?

This business is a total rip off!In September 2017 I took my truck to get a sunroof installed I personally gave reford eller him the owner $600 deposit towards 1,159.07 cost.He promised to complete in one week One week turned into one month.... phone calls after phone calls to him where answered with excuse after excuse... after one month i made A personal visit and my truck had not been touch just sat in his parking lot for a month...Took him to court and was a “no-show” judgment in favor of $808 including court costs... none of this have I received... i’ve confronted him multiple times asking for my money he’s a total douche bag and won’t pay up!! I urge you do not do business with him!!!

Have had 3 vehicles done there and all have been great, the wait time on the last one was a little long but other than that it was a great experience!

My relationship with Reford Eller has been one in which he provides detail and aftermarket products for both my personally owned vehicles and for my vehicle inventory as well as my customers. I am satisfied with the service he has provided me over the years. With my vehicle inventory, with the amount of incoming vehicles, any deficits have always been addressed and handled quickly.

Did a great job on our window tint. No real waiting area, so would suggest dropping your vehicle off.

My friend and I both purchased a Hydrogen Kit for our vehicles in 2013 from Ellers Kustom Konversions LLC. It never worked for either vehicle. We were guaranteed a money back guarantee on the products. Reford Eller wouldnt refund the money. After 2 years, I finally had to take him to court. The judge sided with me and gave me judgment. Im still trying to collect my ordered judgment from Ellers Kustom Konversions LLC. I have a full facebook of going back and forth giving him every opportunity to pay. This was a last resort after 5 years of trying with a court ordered judgement !

Great customer service will bring everyone of my vehicles here from now on...
