We have life, homeowners and vehicle/motorcycle insurance with Allstate. In our recent move from Alabama to Tennessee, Dawn was very informative and helpful to make our insurance coverage transition very easy and hassle free. Our payments are set up on installments and we get e-mails before the policies are getting ready to renew so that we can make changes if necessary. We have had no claims for Dawn to handle.

Dawn West’s agency is very helpful and punctual. We’ve been this region for twenty years and haven’t had any other agent so it is hard to compare to another’s service. Overall Dawn and her team are very friendly and willing to please however there are some processes in place with the company that I don’t really care for. I understand the need for technical advancement but not everyone feels comfortable doing everything on line. And then to implement a “discount” for going paperless is kinda like telling me that I’m old school because I prefer paper. I realize the pros and cons but not everyone is set up in their homes to print online statements. Being retired there are limitations to what one may have access to. But overall they have serviced us well.

This agency has been great. The company itself I am very unhappy with. The driving app is not very useful if it is not going to automatically start when I start driving. I log in and it logs me out so I have to pull over on the side of the road if I want to restart it. I very unhappy with the fact that after 8 years with them there was an issue my 1st one ever. Come to find out later it had to due with my bank changing names. Made me miss a payment because I am set up on autopay. Allstate took my late payment and restarted me as if I had never had insurance. This raised my rate and my discounts. So much for a great driving recorded and staying with a company. When I buy house I will be getting a new company to cover everything.

I am a happy Allstate customer for over a 30 years, I know I am in good hands.
