Rays was suggested to us by our insurance company after we were in a minor accident. When my husband took our truck to them for an estimate, which was very reasonable, they let him know when to call for repair appointment and test they would take care of setting us up with a rental car. When my husband took the truck in for repairs the rental was waiting for him. They took care of our repairs in exactly the time they said it would take. During the repair time we were kept in loop with progress status via email and texts. My husband just brought our truck home and it was not only repaired beautifully but washed and vacuumed. EVERYONE at Rays was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I spoke with Meagan on the phone a few times and she was just so very pleasant and helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rays to anyone. I recently just brought my car to get buffed due to weird bubble spots on my rear panel. Ray’s kept me updated from the moment I dropped my car off. They did an amazing job fixing the paint. Rays was very courteous and professional. The repair was done quickly and they matched the paint perfectly! They handled everything with the insurance company (Geico) so that was very smooth. Ok, let me first start by saying the rock star of this team is probably the one who is usually getting yelled and screamed at by customers like any staff who members who manages the office! So my 5 stars all go to Meg in the office!!! She was absolutely amazing!!! I thank you for your kindness and all of your help. Now with that said, I will also say that the mechanics in the repair shop did an phenomenal job repairing my front end. They left me car impeccably clean and even detailed the inside of the car. They are covid compliant as well if anyone is concerned. I thank you all for an outstanding job! And I will without a doubt use you in the future if I ever need to!!!

I would never recommend anyone go here ever. They kept my car for two weeks, maxed out my rental reimbursement so I was carless for days and not everything was even fixed! When I talked to James about it, he proceeded to tell my why it was my fault. He then told me how they have been backed up and my car wasnt even touched for days. So I was left carless just to come get my car and the work wasnt all done.I even confirmed that you guys got the order for the dome light and was assured it was part of what was approved. James even went so far to explain that that might be something you send the car out to get fixed but then he wants to tell me he didnt know about it because he didnt take pictures of it but I was able to tell him the whole conversation we had about it! This was an awful experience all around and I would never go there again. What they dont understand is that honesty and communication go a long way. Trying to place blame on the customer is the absolute worst response.

They did a great job on fixing my 10 Toyota rav 4 but I noticed when I recieved my truck back they detailed the interior which I appreciated until I noticed they scratched my tints and when I brought it to the attention the manager pedro pretty told me it was my word against his because the vehicle had some prior scratches to the outside even though the scratches were from the inside so never again will I deal with this location.

This place is the absolute worst. They fixed my car with parts that were never fixed in the first place. I ended up driving on damaged parts for 3 months until they finally failed and i had to make another claim with my insurance company. Never again

They picked up my car, they set up me up with my rent a car and delivered my car back when it was done. The work that was done on my car was flawless!! I was in a car accident and I was hit on the front passenger side of my car. Rays Carstar did and amazing job in replacing my bumper and having my car looking brand new. I recommend them to anyone looking to have great work done on your car with little wait time to get back your car. I have a used 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid got in a small fender-bender (left) front headlight smashed in, and after their body-work, the car looked better than when I bought it (*they buffed the right front headlamp to match the new head lamp on the left side! I would leave 5 stars EXCEPT, when the tech had to do the mandatory test drive, he drastically adjusted the seat, radio station and mirrors. After working at Nissan for years, the saying goes, it’s not your car, adjust as little as possible.

I was involved in an accident (not my fault) and CARSTAR made getting my car fixed so easy. They worked with my insurance company and the rental car company to fix my car and made it as convenient as possible. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they also cleaned and detailed my car when I went to pick it up. The car looked brand new! Very friendly staff and my car was done very quickly.
