I recently moved several files to First American, and they have all been a mess. Communication is absolutely awful, there have been several errors along the way, incorrect information has been passed to my clients, and then the closer quit so I dont even know who to reach out to to get another problem corrected. It has been pulling teeth to get anything from title, and as an agent I need someone who makes life easier, not harder.

First American is the BEST! Rose & Renee are always on top of our files, and more than willing to go the extra mile for us and our clients. My partner/mom has been closing with Rose for decades, and I think its safe to say weve been spoiled by her customer service. Our clients love all the ladies in the office, too.
