They came into the store last Thursday I got quoted a price on a custom computer when I came in Thursday when I can back today on Tuesday there was a $200 increase in price. I am usually a very easy-going person but when it is that big of a difference I have a hard time letting it slide

Changed from the standard provider to fiber, was warned that I would not be happy with fiber internet speeds in comparison but that could not be farther from the truth!! Brigham Net has been beyond amazingly fast, checking the specs upon install I was so impressed with the fast speeds and I upload and download large files (GB). Their service has been consistent with maybe two interruptions late at night that were short lived over the past 6 mos.
Utopia was supposedly unbelievably fast! Maybe its just the provider?!? “Brigham.net” but since we’ve had it “1month” we’ve lost internet service 3 times. It’s fine when we have it but to us. It’s just the same as xfinity just seemed cheaper... but now we’re out of contract with xfinity we can lock into another 2 year deal for the same price and we never lost internet service with them.
Utopia internet is fantastic when it works. However, since Brigham Net is my gateway to Utopia--I expect them to step up on the rare occasion that Utopia has issues. I reported an outage early in the afternoon, received no follow-up and they provide no after hours phone number. This was only the 2nd time in 4+ years that I have required their assistance and they failed me both times. Maybe its time to choose a different provider...Follow-up. A tech did respond to my after hours voice mail and helped resolve the problem. Im still not sure why they didnt do that during normal business hours. My voice mail reached the owner, who apologized and helped smooth things over the next day.
What kind of business doesnt open until 10 a.m. on weekdays?!
