On his first visit Kevin fixed some minor issues he saw and laid out our options in a very honest and no pressure manner. When we decided to move forward, Kevin made sure we understood exactly what would be installed, how it was different than what we had, and was very up front with the pricing. Once the project began, Mike, our project manager was very responsive to our questions and proactive in making sure we had all the details.
