I never thought Id be able to find boots that actually fit me. Becca assured me that she could do it! She took time to figure me out - and then worked a bunch of magic with heat, toe caps, and a little pixie dust. This is literally the first time Ive been able to make more than one run without wanting to cry because my feet hurt so bad!! My boots feel amazing! Oh, and I love my brand-new skis, too!! Got a pair of skis used off FB market place last year, turned out the bindings wouldnt fit me. They found someone who wanted to buy the bindings in three days, SkiHot gave me a new pair of bindings and mounted them in a trade-in deal. Easy, quick and helpful, will shop here again.

Left my gear update purchases until the last minute as usual and practically stormed into Ski Hot with about 10 min to closing. Becca immediately made me feel right at home in the store and provided the most personalized service Ive ever received from a sports gear store, taking into account and realizing that I didnt need the most expensive gear on the shelves. Going into a small gear shop so close to a mountain I was ready to spend more than I typically would have wanted to, but I was very pleasantly satisfied at the price for such good quality products.
