I crossed paths with James last week, Who Helps out the Community !He is Very Respectful and Friendly !

Guy who works the lobby window is so rude, some just cant deal with the public and he is a perfect example. Seen him being rude to patrons, delivery drivers and myself first hand. I try to go out of my way to use another postal service. Wish they would replace him!

I go too the bridgewater office about two or three times a week, and all the persons that work there do there job and are very friendly, i deal with the public everyday also and it isnt easy

Useful staff. The place is old and creaky and im young so its not the most vibrant place. But its just a post office at the end of the day.

Called to ask a simple question regarding a package scheduled to be handled by their office. Answering party became irate and held an aggressive tone almost immediately during our very brief conversation. I sell products online and wanted to know why my customers order was returned as insufficient address and he talked down to me expecting me to know there was a different zip code for University addressed mail. Im calling from hundreds of miles away so of course I dont know there is an ongoing issue but that didnt stop him from being irate. Seems like the postal workers here are overworked or dont enjoy their jobs but they should certainly be trained on proper customer service.

Went there this morning to drop off some mail. There were these men jumping up and down and yelling about Trump. I was nervous when they approached my daughter. There was a big sign that said STOP HERE TO PROTECT TRUMP. I just wanted to mail something I dont feel Trump needs any protection from me and not willing to make that statement by stopping there. Is the Post Office making this statement?

Rude, lazy people who complain about doing their job, but still don’t do it. Paid 13$ to have a package intercepted, would not look for it and insisted it was there when we called multiple other post offices who assured it it was here. Changed their story multiple times, and then said they did have it but it was in a big box and they did not have time to look for it. Other post office has called them and they ignored the call.

I have no idea why people are giving this location bad ratings. I was, like, scared. But I had a quick, easy and totally pleasant experience. Could not have been more friendly or helpful.

They should be delivering mail on Thursdays... why not today? Bs.
