Go to a different location!!!!! They take all day . Wait up to 30 minutes just for someone to even acknowledge you. I had to hunk my horn to interrupt their conversation which it’s 4 people standing around but still no one to service me. The lady was rude. My turn signal was out she told me since it’s working when I pulled up mind you it was only on for 30 seconds when she looked she said she can’t service me. Don’t waste your time !
Prices are comparable to other oil change places. Service was quick and friendly.Embarrassingly learned I had a cabin air filter that probably had not been changed in the entirety my vehicle had existed (I bought it used at the end of 2019), and though I dont normally like to pay for things like that, they were able to get one for me quickly and install it, so it was money well spent (though now that I know where it is, Ill handle it in the future).They also passed the air filter test (I always change my air filter right before an oil change to see if theyll recommend an air filter... good way to guage honesty).Definitely would recommend to anyone without the skill, space, or equipment to do their own oil changes. First impression is that theyll be a reliable place for my future oil change needs.

The most unprofessional unfriendly unknowledgeable and completely clueless staff I have ever seen in my life. The technician didnt even know where to replace the dipstick he had to get the manager to show him. They spend the majority of the time trying to sell me extra services I was there for over an hour waiting in the bay to simply get my oil changed. There was no 18 point inspection done no one told me if my fluids were topped off and when I mentioned it he said he didnt have time for that because he had other waiting customers. I will never go to this place again. Totally dissatisfied😒😒😞
Paid for an oil change. Service was horrible, only 2 people actually on duty (the tech volunteered that theres usually 3 of them)l. I suppose they didnt plan to get busy this day. Their performance was lackluster. Found out 3 weeks later they didnt put enough (if any) oil in my car...motor died. Couldnt be repaired so had to buy another car. I owed less than $3k on that car and hadnt planned to buy another for a while. Was looking forward to not having a note. Instead, it was my car I ended up being without. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this place.Update: I received a call from someone in customer care Saturday evening, was told that someone else would be contacting me within 24 business hours so I should hear something today (yesterday was the holiday).
Came here for an oil change through Groupon about two months ago and I asked them to replace my rear wiper blade. Somehow, one of the employees didnt put the cover back on properly and it was missing. When I discovered this one or two days later, the manager didnt hesitate to look for the cover and then offered to replace it, which he did! Im very pleased with the way that I was treated.
This place is by far the best oil place that Ive ever been too, they show me my old filter and new filter to show that they changed it. Which I appreciate because there are some shady places around here. This has become my regular place and I dont mind when I have to get an oil change knowing that these guys will take care of me

I love this place. The customer service I received every time I go is outstanding. The men are so knowledgeable of their job and they give great advice. I like the fact that they dont take advantage of you they are honest and upfront about whatever you need. I use to take my Acura to the dealership for oils changes but I refuse to go back now that Ive found this place, Ill be taking my car to Valvoline from now on and this specific location. Id like to add they always have really good coupons and discounts as well. These place gets 10 stars!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE! If I could rate this zero stars I would.My experience here was HORRIBLE! I came with a Groupon for an oil change which I already paid $29.99 for and once I arrived, Andres scanned my Groupon and started doing my oil change.. he then said I needed a fuel treatment which was $19.99 so then I agreed and once I left, I checked my receipt and I got charged for a full priced oil change $42.99 and my fuel treatment. I called regarding being overcharged and Andres told me to come back to get my refund and once I arrive he tells me he can’t give me a refund because it’s Sunday and how his manager can only do it. He also asks me if I want the oil change refunded or the Groupon refunded because the taxes “add up to it” which their taxes on my receipt was $4.80. My Groupon does not add up to a full priced oil change with taxes included! THEN, while I came back to talk about me being overcharged, Andres then tells me how he never did my fuel treatment either so not only did I drive off with being charged for two oil changes, I also got charged and left without a service being done to my car after he said I was all ready to go once I paid. I came back today as soon as they opened and Kris the assistant manager was there and told me he couldn’t do anything about it because it was “above his head” and how I had to wait for the manager. He tried handing me back my receipt WITHOUT writing any of my information down. He then tells me that Andres doesn’t know what he’s doing. I told him I was going to call corporate and he stood there and said “go ahead, they’re going to tell you the same thing I just did.” HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! I will never be coming back and I will be sure to never recommend this place
My sister came here to get an oil change yesterday with her Groupon, the employee scanned her Groupon and then told her she needed a $20 treatment for her vehicle additionally. She agreed for the additional service and then she paid only to look at the receipt five minutes after leaving Valvoline, to realize they also charged her for the oil change on top of the fact they already scanned her Groupon for one. So she pulled over to call Valvoline and they told her to come back. She drives back only to be cut off mid conversation, to be told that they realized they charged her for the additional treatment on her vehicle yet they forgot to do the service on her vehicle! On top of the fact they charged her for the oil change she paid for through Groupon. Then she was told she could not be issued a refund because it was Sunday and managers approval was needed,to come back Monday (today). She drives back today only to be told by the assistant manager, that its above his head and he cant issue a refund for the mistake they made, because she purchased a Groupon that Valvoline already redeemed and that the Manager is not in today due to being at the hospital with his wife. So its day two, and apparently Valvoline cannot issue a refund for double charging my sister for her oil change that she already paid for. So she was told due to the nature of the issue, a regular employee,a nor an assistant manager cannot issue her a refund. She then asked for the number to corporate and was told by the assistant manager that its no use, because they will tell her the same thing. Shes currently working on the issue as we speak and calling corporate. I feel bad that I told her to get a Groupon here because I used this location too and it was close. Im will no longer be coming here again, as Im sure she wont either. This process has been ridiculous.**Update*My sister contacted the corporate office, they were extremely understanding and helpful, she filed a complaint and they issued her a refund over the phone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE these people are con artists,I took my bmw here for a oil change.Car driving perfectly fine when i pull in,literally 30 secs after i pull out the parking lot drivetrain malfunction light comes on.of course i turn around go back to valvoline manager tells me its just a coincidence but if i have someone look at it and its their fault he would take care of it,i have a mechanic check the car and he tells me some hose had been disconnected,not worn not needs to be replaced but literally disconnected,so he reconnects the hose charges me 90.inform valvoline of this and i am told once i took my car to a actual mechanic it is no longer their responsibility

I went in for a tail light. There was one car in the shop and 2 empty bays. The guy working there had me pull up to the bay with the car in it. Then I waited for 15 minutes and the guy comes out and tells me to pull into an empty bay. Why wasnt that done in the first place???

Very rude maybe they think all black ppl got covid 19 but treated the white man next to me fairly . Guided me into the station all the way gone tell me to back out didnt understand he told me he couldnt place my window sticker or set my oil light but he did the white mans and popped his hood from the inside his car cause he couldnt find it . Ive never been treated like this I wont go back to there location

Went in for a semi-synthetic oil change after work. Two dudes working the shift who were very knowledgeable about everything. Quick service, goes over all the things in your car, etc. 100% recommend
I dont know much about cars, but the two young men working that day made sure I understood what was going to be done to my truck. After a checklist was shown to me, I chose a few basic maintenance jobs I needed. The technician came to me with one item I was replacing and told me it didnt need replacing yet. PLEASE SHARE: My sister came here for an oil change (82nd & Harlem) and as she pulled out of the parking lot her car began to make an odd noise, by the time she got home five minutes later her engine was knocking and she checked her engine and there was no oil. My sister then called corporate and they had a representative come out and the representative stated that she would get a rental car and they would replace the engine. Now they are avoiding/not returning her phone calls. Please share this with your friends and family to avoid this place at all costs... my sister now no longer has a car.
