I love this place! I always come here. Although the woman who did my nails today (didn’t catch her name) was fairly rude to me. She rushed through my manicure, had a long phone conversation on the phone while she was doing my nails, and barely even spoke to me unless it was to tell me I was doing something wrong. She also proceeded to tell me how my appointment was the reason she had to stay so late and was supposed to leave 2 hours prior but she had to wait for me. I love this place and never had an experience as bad as this one. I will be returning but just be careful of not having just any of the techs do your nails. Not that it matters, but my birthday was tomorrow and I was really looking forward to my nail appointment since everyone else I encountered there was so friendly. I am giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she had a bad day but just be careful on who does your nails!

Great experience getting a basic pedicure with Nicole! She was very friendly, did a great job, took her time doing everything properly. Right now it seems they are mostly appointment-based, and take walk-ins depending on availability. The facility was clean and well-kept. Definitely recommend.

The employees are all professional and outstanding. I recommend everyone to come here to get your nails, feet, and eyebrows done. Everyone is amazing at doing their job but I say Jenny is awesome for her creativity on my nails. I just tell her to do what ever she wants to do. And at the end my nails looks amazing . Amazing!!!! This was my second time coming to nail bliss and I am blown away with how polite the staff is. And especially how professional the nail technicians are. I moved from Chicago looking for a reputable nail salon & found it. Sarah the owner is such a sweet person. While doing my nails we had great conversation which I appreciated. She truly takes pride in her work & the salon. My nails look fabulous. Can’t wait to go back. I would highly recommend Bliss Nails. It is by appointment only - which I love. I prefer that verses waiting in a seat till available. Bliss Nails hands down is the BEST nail salon I’ve been to in the neighborhood. My new go to!!!!!!!

I have had SUCH bad luck with nail salons I wanted to go here 3 times just so I can leave a proper review. All 3 times I have been here, Ava takes incredible care of me! I have been to hundreds of nail salons all over the country, but I have NEVER had someone be so meticulous about my nails and my satisfaction over every step of the process! She gets my shape perfect every time, no pain, and lets me vent about my life and laugh with me (I work from home thanks to Covid, so the company is welcomed).If you are looking for your place and your girl, it is Nail Bliss and it is Ava!!

Very rude workers. i wanted acrylic and first she cut them too short then i told her i don’t like it and she took it off with a big attitude. the 2nd time she did it it was too long and she started saying things in her language and mocking how o said of was too long. i would write more

Sara and Van are theee best. Appointments only... if you ever have an issue with a nail breaking/chipping (not that it happens often) they will gladly fix it.

The customer service was absolutely amazing! The only reason I did not give all stars is because the no chip does not last! I had to come back within a week. I don’t know what kind of products they use but a no chip should last at least 2 weeks. I spent a lot of money so my nails should last. That was not the case

Nail Bliss is the best nail salon that I have ever been to. They are a busy, happening spot but that is because they are friendly, professional, and amazing. I have never been dissatisfied. The look and feel of Nail Bliss is pure zen! I fully recommend this nail salon.

Nicole did a great job on my nails. I got a full set acrylics. She didnt make them too thick and wide. They were perfect and very natural looking. The salon is neat and clean. Some of the other workers were friendly as well. Ill definitely go back again in the future.

I went here due to good reviews and a recommendation of a friend. My tech did not talk to me much, which is fine. The owners were very nice and super helpful. I got a gel fill with no chip. Both thumbs peeled off the next day. I called and they said come back and theyd fix it, great. Next day off I went in they fixed it. The same night the polish peeled off the left thumb. I called again they said I could come in and they would fix it again. The owner thinks it is a problem with the light that tech is using. I said no thank you. I didnt have time to keep running in there. Im glad I didnt go that day because that night another finger peeled off. I pay for the gel fill and no chip so my nails look great with no fuss for weeks at a time. I work and have family responsibilities. I dont have time to keep running in to get nails fixed. Defeats the purpose. I will go back to my place on 79th & Narragansett.

I have been coming here religiously every 3 or so weeks for the last 2 years. Van and Sarah always do fantastic work. Everyone is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about process or products. As long as this place exists, I wont be going anywhere else.

First time here had a great experience. The spa was busy I wasnt rushed i was a walk in and they took me right away. All techs are skilled silvana did my set which I absolutely love shes is amazing.

Both my daughters had their nails done and they could not be happier with the service and super friendly staff! Definitely their favorite spot.

The entire staff is friendly and professional. I get a no chip manicure every 2 weeks and sometimes a pedicure. They take their time and never rush. The polish stays on for the 2 weeks They dont try to nickel and dime you. I highly recommend you give Nail Bliss a try. If you do, you wont go anywhere else again. Sara, Van, Min, Ava, and Nee are totally the best, as is the rest of the staff. A+

Totally agreed with the previous low ratings I paid $72 for acrylic nails with 2 nails design and a regular pedicure. To start off my pedicure was done very sloppy not throughout..and my toe nails were uneven. My acrylic nails seemed good that night but when I saw them next day in the daytime the acrylic was uneven on three of the nails and looked thick on some parts the coat was bubbly in some of them plus the enamel was not all the way down to the beginning of the nail and looked like I needed a fill, even my coworker told me I should go back to get them fixed. I didn’t do that because when my pedicure was done I did told the owner that I did not like the way my pedicure was done and did not seemed to care or offer to have it fixed.Definitely not returning and not recommend this place it is overpriced techs are not experienced and service is not good

Came in for the first time just for a brow wax. I didnt wait long and the young lady Sarah did an amazing job. She spoke with me the whole time she was doing my brows. Also both young ladies spoke perfect English. Not that it matters but I must say it was nice to be able to fully understand what they were saying and there was no miscommunication what so ever. This will be my new salon!

Not sure what kind of clear top coat nail polish they use but it took forever to dry and was bubbly and uneven. I went with my mom she told me she had to go back to get one of the nails redone so i took a closer look at my pedicure and to my surprise they were all messed up too. Do not recommend it

First time. Love my nails!

I am not big on getting my nails done, but when I do get them done I do expect great if not good service. I went here with a friend and I was not pleased. My friend was a repeat customer, she goes there every 2-3 weeks. I do not know which tech did my nails but I got a gel manicure with no chip on top. Cost was $45.The tech did not soak my nails, cut my cuticles, file my nails, or reshape my nails to all look the same, no oil or lotion applied or hand massage. She literally took my original nail polish off, put the gel on and then applied the no chip. I was done in maybe 15 minutes.She then worked on my friends nails for 45 minutes, the tech even redid two nails of my friends on her own because she didnt like how they looked!!!I asked her to even out my nails and file them down but she said, they all look pretty even for the most part. My nails are mostly even, but I wanted them even, not mostly, or at least the same shape. Because I am not a frequent flyer at nail salons I did not realize till afterwards that something was missing and why it was so quick.While I waited for my friend to get hers done, my hands were so dry and they had no lotion for me to use.My nails are uneven, because she didnt cut my cuticles or do any grooming she didnt apply the gel on very well, I have serious growth and unevenness with my nails and it has only been 8 days. I do not think my nails should look like this for $45.I was not impressed by the job she did at all.I understand my friend is a repeat customer, and I was looking to be as well, but after this experience I clearly am not going to be.I would not recommend this place at all.

Im new to the Chicago area. After a bad experience and much research. I found Bliss. My experience was great. The employees are very pleasant and Van is the man....!!! He was pleasant, patient, and very knowledgeable in new techniques and making sure i was fully pleased. I will be back. I love my nails. Its the best job ive had done in a long time. They are very busy. So you do have to call in to get space on the list. But he is very good about calling you and telling you when to come in instead of you having to wait. Pay for the best and youll get just that! Nail Bliss is definitely my new nail salon .

First time going because I read the reviews but I was charged extra for the length I was not aware of that and informed the manager that the workers should let the customers know and him and his ignorant wife started yelling at me and were very rude about the situation. Will not go back and did not like how my nails turned out.
