I have used Tag Spraying Services for at least 10 years. My lawn was a mess. I had been caring for it myself. I had grubworms, crabgrass and creeping Charlie.I have had the nicest team service me over the years. Thanks to each and everyone of you. Special thanks to Noelle. He was here today. I was happy with Tag but they recently partnered with tru green which I am not happy about. My lawn looked better when I took the time to maintain it myself. Wish they never sold out.

TAG was wonderful for the years I used their services. Friendly, professional, expert care of my lawn for multiple services. My rating now is for the new affiliation with TruGreen. Disorganized, unprofessional, and they killed my lawn. They showed up without anyone even mentioning the switch from TAG to TruGreen. The guy unevenly spread chemicals around, burned big patches of my lawn and their customer service was supposed to send a person out to talk to me and inspect the lawn, with a call 1-2 days in advance of when they’d be coming. Instead, one day while I was out, somebody came and reapplied whatever they use, left a sign and I never heard from them. I called to complain and they tried to assure me of their “guarantee” - never apologizing for not following instructions or the plan to meet with me, and instead defending the knowledge and skill of their technicians. What an awful company! I will miss TAG and the people associated with it. I will never do business with TruGreen! Canceled my account!

Sold to Tru-Green without notice. Poor customer service after all these years of great lawn care. Very disappointed.

I got a call from Tru Green saying they are going to spray my lawn tomorrow. I did not know that TAG was sold to them. Can TAG confirm or deny this.

Ive used Tag Spraying Services for over twenty five years. I recommended them to dozens of people. Now, they sell the company to Tru-Green :( People are posting all over Facebook, in several western suburb towns that they left Tru-Green and went with Tag. I called and waited on hold for over 15 minutes trying to cancel my service. My guess, theyre too busy taking calls from other people canceling their lawn care service. Adios Tag...umm, I mean Tru-Green!

TAG sold to the worst lawncare company in the US (TruGreen). They already screwed up my application schedule. I’ll be canceling.

Totally bummed out that TAG sold to Tru Green!!!! I’ve been using TAG for 24 years and a tru green truck pulls up to my house and says I’m here to spray your lawn, no call the day before or a warning like TAG used to! Sorry I’ll be looking for a lawn care company!!!

Ive been using TAG spray service for around 5 years now. All I can say is that I love it. I no longer struggle with weeds or ugly crab grass. My lawn is full, green, and very healthy looking. It was totally affordable, too. Fir the amount I paid for the store bought, I now have Tag come and do the job.
