ServPro Bedford Park/Burbank did an amazing job with a biohazard cleanup for our Condo building after a death of a tenant. This was sadly a horrible situation, but they were courteous, and professional. They listened to my questions and concerns and the job was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!You will waste money and time. They were supposed to do water damage repairs in our home and it took them 2 months to replace a section of drywall and insulation, and on top of that they didnt finish the job! They never came back to paint... They removed the blown insulation in the attic with the cheapest one and they didnt even bother to cover the gaps.

Our crew from Chicago were amazing! Bob was great when he came out to do the initial walk through. He was very personable and compassionate. The guys on the crew were so nice and even learned the dogs names! And so well mannered! Even though they were here to clean up/ demo the water damaged areas in my home, they were very pleasant and we enjoyed having them!

Hurricane Laura recently hit our area and caused severe damage to our office and to my boss home. Several rooms in our office and my boss entire home had water damage, so we contacted Servpro to handle water mitigation. Bob with Servpro was amazing! From start to finish, he was extremely helpful, understanding and professional. He and his team did a fantastic job on both places, did a great clean up and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very highly recommended.

Came out on time, very professional throughout the process, kept masks on while in our home and did a good job cleaning up when they left. Hopefully never have to use them again but if i do, i would not hesitate!

My experience with this Servpro is possibly better compared to if I hired some other companies out there. But you have to watch everything Bob and his “hired crew” does. They tried to do a patch job on my roof when insurance paid for it to be replaced. They went into rooms they weren’t supposed to and some crew members stole belongings which were from my family. They continuously turned up the heat in my house in the dead of winter to over 80 then left for the weekend. All work is done by contractors. The finished work is far from perfect. I’ve personally fixed hand fulls of things around the house from plumbing, electrical, and resealing my bathtub that they never attempted. 2 out of the 4 doors installed didn’t even close. Their bottom line is to make as much money off u as possible. They’re not a complete disaster but they’re far from amazing either

ServPro of Bedford Park/Burbank quickly took care of our water problem after Mother Nature dumped over 7 of rain on the Chicago area in May 2020. Robert Wehn was timely and professional and very appreciated. In the office, Elvira was especially helpful and professional as well. Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend their company for services.

A couple of weeks ago in January, the condos experienced pipes burst within condo attic, unfortunately; we were informed by a professional Plummer, that the pipes and attic were in need of placing insulation; to avoid future damage.Several condos were damaged severely as water flooded several rooms within the condo. This was not the first time the condos received damage, in 2019, pipes burst in another area of three condos having water damage.Thankful insurance company informed residents of ServPro, they immediately arrived to the condo quickly and placed fans throughout the condos to avoid mildew and dry areas where needed. ServPro communicates with your insurance company in order to make the transition easier during stressful times.The staff who places the fans and who does the repairs are professional, and polite and respond to whatever questions one has.I highly recommend Mr. Robert Wehn and his employees to serve your needs.
