I sold my car to somebody and they gave him nothing but h*ll when it came to how I signed my title. They charged him for affidavit that was unnecessary and the lady behind the counter signed extra letters to my husbands name in a different colored pen. Yet she disapproved of my signature and not his. I felt sorry for the guy who bought my car because he had to come back to me and asked me to jump through hoops. I am glad that he didnt back out on the car.

They were very attentive & helped me with exchanging currency.

They say their open til 5, I go to cash my check and Im told at 4:54 that their machines are down. Ive worked in customer service for 10 years plus and this by far was the worst and very upsetting. The Manager a female, was very rude and not customer friendly. WHEN YOU GUYS SAY YOUR GONNA STAY OPEN TIL 5 YOU DAMN STAY OPEN. the machines are down, its not even 5 yet why is everything shut-down. They should go by the right time.

It was very funny story. I came to correct my car title. The new title corrected but the wrong name. Came back and asked them to fixed it. They said no, they can’t do it that i have to paid more to get it done right. What ??? Yeah ! They want your money for their dam false. Very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful person ( the short curly hairs girl).I went to the different location which 5 mins away on 79th st, they can fix it.... wow....they took copies of my paperwork and said the manager will work on it that makes more sense to me. Hope it will be done soon.

My friend was there to cash his check and the lady asked for his ID and he gave it to her, & she said she had to call his job & verify, which he worked up the street, & she pretended to call and then told him to come back the next day and he told her if I was Caucasian it wouldnt be a problem and she gonna say oh you going to play the race card so we left and went to another currency exchange where he normally goes and they cashed his check with no problem! Its really sad how racism still exist in this world and that clerk needs to be reported to the manager/ or supervisor, and to the BBB.

I went to ask about getting the plates on my car switched and she gave me the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. She looked so miserable & when I asked her how much it was she was so rude about it. Fix your tone of voice or don’t work at all.

I walked up to the door at 4:52 I saw the girl behind the counter as I was walking up. As I went to open the door it was locked with an eye hook. I knocked on the door the girl was gone. I walked around to the other window and the girl peeked up! She was hiding under the counter!! The I knocked on the window again to get her attention and when. She saw me she hid again! She then got back up and said theyre closed I told her I wasnt even 5 yet she said she doesnt care! This place needs to be reported the BBB and shut down!

I was in the middle of asking a question when the so called owner Maria (polish lady with heavy accent) interrupted me mid sentence to tell me she doesn’t have to answer my question. I proceeded to tell her that was very rude and I would like her mangers number. She told me she is the manager and there is no one above her. I tried to send money through Western Union, but the lady treated me very badly and I have a kind of racism and do not want to finish me first and she was asking the next customer and I did not end up with her and treated her with no respect. I went there to do my car registration I give her my driver license with correct addres than I picked up the regeneration with old addres they try to put in me that I give them wrong addres the other girl looked in to it and she found a copy of my driver license with correct addres I told her I got tickets and its going to wrong addres not my she called her coworker stupid she make mistake than she was trying to corrected they charge me I accept because I wanted to contest the ticket they didnt accept my contest and they send me litter to an old addres I went to currency exchange again to pick up my registration she put wrong model in the registration.I asked her do you put randomly and modle of car on any registration she told me that I told her to put the wrong model of car on my registration like I dont know what car I have and my tickets double up from 260 to 520.there laying and they dont know what to do and when you ask about the manger she said he will call you and never got a call back from them DONT EVER GO THERE AT ALL

Currency Exchange Association states they accept American Express as payment for Company Vehicle registration. Used a Company American Express and was denied service. Told me they take only cash. I guess they can make any rules they want and not follow the Association standards.
