I love these guys very professional very timely also other than the back bumper panels which was in question to be fixed they went beyond the call of duty and did a few other little details I noticed that wasnt on the contract I have nothing but good things to say about these guys would give him a five but I only give out Fours

I am rating the customer service at this point, after 41 days I just got my vehicle back last night, looks ok so far. The younger girl whom answers the phone is completely rude and i would not allow her to work for my business, she doesnt even know what customer service is. They never once called me to give me any updates, I called 3 times to find out what the hold up was, never once did they explain anything to me about why my car was taking so long. I told her I was told 16 days and she ignorantly said your insurance said that not us, ok well how am I suppose to know that? AND what no communication between the insurance company and the body shop??? Lack of communication and just rude employees, whoa!! Its a shame people at companies are allowed to act like that to a customer, I would be fired if I talked to someone the way she talked to me. No reccomendations for this place and no one I know will go there, thats for sure!!

Came here to get my sons 99 Toyota Camry repaired after my neighbor hit it twice parked in front of our house. Very good quote. My neighbors insurance was paying for it. Since the car was older we just wanted the driver rear door replaced & new bumper. Tyler helped us. She was great! Found us a door that matched & a new rear bumper which was then painted. Great quality work & service from everyone. Extremely happy with my visit here!

The women behind the counter were rude and nasty. Totalled my car and had to pay $300 just to get my tags and stuff out

Only put one star to write this! Very rude staff with no regard to people’s situation. What kind of business closes for a complete hour for lunch?? And refuses to help people. How about 1 person go on break and person help people. How about food for thought and not food for lunch? Who needs an entire hour to eat???? And when I called at 12:20 asking to pick up my car, because I have a ride now, I was told oh well we need an hour to eat by rude female.
