I needed to return my equipment and when I walked in was greeted by an employee who asked if I had a mask. I explained that I have a medical condition and my Doctor has told me not to wear them. She then took my products, asked me to wait outside and she would check them in and bring my receipt. She handled it very well and quickly. Thank You.

Returned my equipment there. Was seen IMMEDIATELY upon walking in the door. Easy return with no issues. Location was clean and organized. Covid practices were followed. Easy to find via Google maps. I would recommend this location for all Spectrum transactions.
