Got a washer/dryer a couple years ago, the machines were not the same ones that I saw on the showroom floor one of them had large scuff marks and the other was dented. Didnt matter to me at the time I was excited to have them, but the washer stopped working after the first use, guys came out two separate occasions both times without proper tools and were unable to fix it. I tried to return the items and was told they would get it fixed for me instead. After multiple attempts I stopped making payments since I couldnt use the machines. I called and let them know they needed to come get it. After a couple weeks and many harassing phone calls to both myself and all of my references trying to collect payment they finally came to get the machines. The same guys who delivered, both experiences were meh. -My boyfriend had to help them get it into the basement and out, they did not bring proper tools either time so he had to let them use him, and they were very rude during pickup. Like come on guys if you wouldve given me machines that worked none of us would be here.The only reason I didnt give a 1 start is I recently thought about trying again to get an Xbox one. Whitney was very friendly in helping me complete my order, and she was very understanding when I called to cancel my order.-After reading the fine print of my order it stated the Xbox could be new or used, and since Id be paying well over $600 for a $300 system I didnt want to go through what I went through last time.
