Service department was terrible as usual, I knew I was making a mistake by trying them again. I took my car in to get checked out because my check engine light is on. I was told it would cost $165 for diagnosis, which is extreme in my opinion however I agreed. When car was checked out I declined repair. Upon returning to pick my car up I was charged the $165 plus a $24.99 shop fee that I refused to pay as a result I had to leave my car overnight until I could speak with the manager and get the shop fee removed.
I was able to get my car repaired in a timely manner and always done right the first time. Thanks
These guys are usually busy, for good reason. They treat customers well and do a good job.
Had a problem with the servive person i asked her if the $150 diagnosic was there and she said that it was included in the labor costs i know that i wanted to know what it was for since i told her that i needed new rear brakes the last time i was there the servive person said that there bwould be a fee for what i wanted and i told him no i did not have that opportunity this time

One Service worker forgot to put in a ticket for my car that has been there for two weeks while waiting to get serviced for a Recall notice. On the day of appointment they werent going to work on the car because there was no service ticket. I called them in the afternoon and they had no idea/or didnt care about my 8:15 am appointment. After calling they couldnt find the car at first. 0/10 bad communication. After reaching out and bugging them my car might be worked on the day of my appointment. 0/10 unreliable.
