Had bicycle issue and needed a ride. Friends and family busy so called a few other services Saturday afternoon. Only place that picked up, able to coordinate for van, had an accurate tracking and ETA for pick up. Able to get home safe and quick
I reserved a cab days in advance for an early morning flight to the airport only to be frantically waiting outside my house because nobody from the company bothered calling me to inform me they did not have a driver for me. I had to call the company to inquire about the driver status only to be told they could not locate a driver. Absolutely unacceptable. Would rather wake up hours in advance to walk to the airport in a monsoon than use this company ever again. Truly pitiful performance and customer service on their end. If I could give this company zero stars that would be more appropriate than one star.
We called ahead to get a car reservation for the airport. Called the day before because time was important. Got a call after the pickup time to tell us that they couldn’t pick us up because there were no cars available. I wouldn’t mind that happening if I had not called ahead to reserve the ride. I will never use this company again.

What I dont like about the company is when I scheduled a taxi to pick me up early in the morning they are scrambling to try and find a driver when I made my appointment the day before and when its time for the taxi arrived I have to call them at ask where is my taxi and they tell me theyre trying to find a driver I dont like this and if this continues I will not be dealing with them anymore if it happens again.

If you use this cab service, make sure you book it an hour earlier than you need it. They are super slow. Never thought I’d switch to Uber, but this incident scared the mess outta me. I thought I was going to be stranded at night.

My husband took the yellow/county cab to his dialysis center the driver refund to drop him off at the door!! I call back as my husband told him it was children hospital because they are across the street but dialysis is up a hill . I called they told me the supervisor will be back Monday! The manager tells me the driver said it was construction there!! Really my husband said there wasnt NO CONSTRUCTION THERE HE KEEP SAID CHILDREN HOSPITAL! THE MANAGER WANTED TO BELIEVE HIM. SO I WONT CALL THEM NO MORE!!! I WILL USE UBER OR LACLEDE CAB!

My phone died so I walked to the nearest business and asked them to call me a cab. I got a ride from Ben from around the airport to St. Charles. My 17 YO daughter waited around for 45 minutes for a cab at 9:30 PM Ive placed an order for over 24 hours ahead of time.Very unprofessional interaction by CSR who raised his voice and was yelling and arguing while I was providing vital information.Lack of communication between dispatcher and driver, where driver wasnt routed to the proper terminal.Unacceptable customer service and was overcharged for mistakes made by a dispatch. Much better experience with other providers in the past.
I waited more than 1hr to get a cab on a clear sunny day.I feel that when you have a fleet of cabs as large as this there is no excuse for long waiting times.The driver of cab #534 was polite and friendly.He came a great distance for the fare all drivers need to have the same work ethics as Tim.I really would like an explanation of how and why it takes so long to get a cab using the app.Im a former driver and when i need taxi service i call St.louis county and nobody else out of loyalty but it is ridiculous to wait for service as long as i did today.
Great overall experience! Made a reservation the night before our early flight the next morning. Fifteen minutes before they were supposed to pick us up, we received a text that our order had been dispatched. Five minutes later, the driver was at our door! Spacious SUV, courteous driver and cheaper than UBER!
County cab to me demonstrated the best customer experience I could have. I have taken service of County/Yellow cabs is St. Louis multiple times when I was in St. Louis on work. The service has been very prompt and professional. They have always accommodated my request on short notice courteously during rush hours and have provided me updates on status. For the quality of the cabs they provide, the rates are very reasonable. I appreciate the customer focused service they provided me. I forgot my phone in cab before I was to catch a flight to return to Denver. The cab driver handed over the phone to the Cab company, when not obligated. The Cab company President called my alternate number, mentioned on my phone display, to update me about it. He was very polite and offered to ship the phone to home without any expense from my side. He shipped though certified mail providing me the tracking number for my convenience. I realized, there was nothing to worry about, by the way things were handled. I would recommend their service, which I found very professional & competitive.
Ordered a cab on Dec 20 for 0400 to get to Lambert for a flight.No car or text at 0400, called, dispatcher said they had problems finding a car.Cab finally showed up at 0445.Driver never got out of the car, played music the whole way, took the longest route to get to the terminal, circled the drop off areas twice and never said a word. From a business point of view .. I had a very positive and pleasant experience ordering pick up service for an employee.From the moment the dispatcher answered the line with such a pleasant voice at 5:30am, to the on time arrival for pick up and the simplicity of payment over the phone with the company credit card. It was a great experience compared to other taxi companies we have use.We will be utilizing the services from STL County & Yellow Taxi again .
Made a reservation for a cab and confirmed the reservation the day before the schedule ride. The day of the ride, no driver showed up and call center said there were no drivers available.

I have used County Cab and I love the service. However I have seen some childish comments about the cab company. Yes the drivers should never be rude or say anything racial to the customers at all. That should be grounds for termination. It can also be that you guys are busy. This is not like in childrens storybooks where you wave a magic wand and the cab is there. This is real life.
They never show up

A St. Louis county cab driver last February picked up my 13 year old daughter and her 14 year old friend asked where they wanted to go then they said train station he asked where they were headed then offered to drive them to their destination ... Las Vegas for 800 then drove them across several state lines my daughter was missing for 3 days police FBI were involved county cab was questioned the next day about a cab outside my house they had no info when she was found in Utah county cab fired the driver never made restitution for the fare no apology this action has caused havoc in my family apparently it is not illegal to take a child across state lines if they were not harmed

After waiting over half an hour for my cab, I managed to walk in freezing weather to my destination before a cab was even dispatched. Total wait was roughly an hour and a half. I just called a cab to my apartment. They came super fast but they waited maybe three minutes and AS I WAS WALKING TO THE CAB they drove away. They never came back around the complex. Never calling this place again.
I had called for info for a 2 hour trip from St Louis towards St Roberts at 11pm, and next thing you know it, they had a cab at the airport ready to drive me out 60 miles away. I paid a hefty price since it is a taxi, but if you have a place you need to be, Id recommend these guys, theyll take you anywhere basically!
They left my 81 year old mother stranded for 2 hours at the hardware store. Can you imagine? When she kept calling, they could give her no answers, just that they were working on it. This was not the first time she had a bad experience with this company. I gave her the name and phone numbers for 4 other cab companies in the areas who had better ratings on Google and told her she no longer has to settle for bad customer service or companies that do not care.
Terrible response. I called the night before to have my son picked up at school. Clear sunny day, roads fine. He called me after waiting 20 minutes with no cab showing up. I called County Cab - they couldnt tell me when the cab was going to be there but that they would put out another call to get the cab. I know he didnt miss the cab because I got 6 automated text messages notifying me they were still working on getting a cab. Finally an hour after his original pickup time I got a call from the cab driver that he would be there in 10 minutes. When I let him know my son had been waiting for an hour he said he just got the call. He finally got picked up an hour and 20 minutes after the scheduled time.What??!!So they get an order the night before, say theyll be there, and then leave a student waiting outside school for an hour and 20 minutes. Their response? Someone should have told you that our pickup times are not a guarantee.
I was without a car for a few months.. i did not have reliable transportation to and from work. until i found st. louis county cab. they helped to and from work each and every day, always on time. They also have a very good app thats easy to use. I greatly appreciate you guys!!
Great app and very easy to use. Drivers are always friendly and get me where I need to be on time. Never had a problem with being double charged like has happened on Uber. I would rather take a cab where the drivers are licensed and registered as opposed to a service that contracts anybody.
St. Louis County & Yellow Cab was extremely good. The cab came a few minutes early; driver was very helpful with the luggage; and driver was cautious. A very very good experience. Good value for money.
County Cab has been an amazing car service, I have been a loyal customer for two summers now, and I have had the pleasure of having KEVIN (Popeye) as my driver. He has been my driver every summer for a month and he is great. KEVIN is very helpful every summer when we have travelled to St. Louis. He has been nothing but nice, punctual, patient caring and overall and amazing person. He was always on time and even waited for us when we were running late, KEVIN was always formal and kept the long cab rides interesting. He was so kind to us that he would help us with ideas for things to do while in St. Louis so that we would explore. This was by far the best experience with a cab company I have ever had. I called to order a cab and the woman who answered was very courteous and professional. My call was early 7 10 am on a Thursday. I asked for the cab to be here at 730 and he was here by 7 20. The cab driver was also very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this cab company over any others in St Louis. The prices are no worse than others in the area.
I use this cab company to help get my son from school every day. It was easy for me to setup a personal account and due to the school time pickup, other cab companies flat out told me they wouldnt set me up an account because school accounts take precedent. When I first started using them a year ago it was not so bad. As the year progressed they would take longer and longer to get him. I shrugged it off at the end of the school year and figured this school year would be better. Already they have had my done waiting for over an hour for a cab, I have had to cancel his cab twice bc it had been late with no estimated time of when they could get to Im. I have spoken to several people and all they can say is there is no guarantee for a cab. They cant even communicate that a cab is running late or hasnt been assigned, so my son is just waiting. They need a better system and put children first. I wish there was another cab company available
For them to be not busy in the early a.m. hours youd expect to get a ride right on time. Twice in one week was I late getting to work. I called 3 times and I was told that my cab has been booked and is on its way. Im not happy at all with your services. You are providing a service to people,and our expectations of your company is to Be on time. You must get better.

I have had to call cabs twice from two different companies to get to work in a storm. This company was by far the best. I barely batted an eye before they were at my door (3 minutes tops) and they took me the quickest route to where I needed to be. The driver was very friendly! A++ experience in my book. (And the price was right)
This company is horribly unprofessional.Their response time is ungodly slow for county customers, which is even worse because they are COUNTY cab.Their drivers know nothing about saint Louis county.Their cabs are dirty and smelly.Ive waited on ONE cab for over an hour TWICE before finally canceling my order and calling a different cab.The whole experience is ridiculous and frustrating, not to mention the price.I would not recommend this service to anyoneRecently Ive tried using them again on THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS!Again they let me down. They never show up, their driver got LOST right across the street from me, and apparently a driver picked up my order and sat RIGHT UP THE STREET FROM ME FOR 35,MINUTES! WITHOUT BUDGING! I have ridden with this company any time i need a cab and always have great customer service and a timely pick up. I wouldnt use any other company for my transportation needs. Plus the new online ordering is very user friendly.

My daughter and I were stranded in St. Louis after my car broke down. While it was being repaired, we relied on this company for FOUR cab rides. The service was absolutely excellent, from the scheduling to the drivers, cabs, and rides. All were very pleasant and the cabs were clean and reliable. We never waited more than 2-3 minutes for our cab to arrive, and received text notification of the drivers name & cab number when it was on the way, and then another when it had arrived. I would absolutely rely on this company every time I am in this area!

I absolutely hated this taxi service i called a taxi so I can go back to my truck an get my tire put on i told him I need help he said he can lift a tire an told me to ask someone else..an i asked the men inside they put it in the MAN Cab driver car....Then when I got in the car he said i had to give him all the money up front an he not going to st charles without the money I told him no then he got out the car a threw all my stuff on the ground an drove off..i called a second cab but I called back to cancel but the man came into the store where I was at an told me I nd to give him some money for comong anyway.....yesss i am definitely suing yall assea
I use this company a few times a week. They are late by 10-30 minutes 95%. I usually reserve a car 2-8 hours ahead of time and they are still rarely on time. Ive learned to reserve the taxi for much earlier than I need it and its still usually not on time. One time, a driver left me and I had to wait 20 min for another taxi. This was after the driver was already running behind. I received a text message saying the cab was pulling up and another text in THE SAME EXACT MINUTE saying he couldnt find me. Mind you, he never called or blew or even stopped in front of my house. I hurried to the window after receiving the second message (ready to walk out of the door) and sure enough, the driver was pulling away. This company has made me late for work on a few occasions, which I hate. Last night, at midnight, I reserved a taxi for 7:05 am. Its 7:25 am and still no word on where my ride even is. I dont know what type of establishment they are running but I will no longer spend $60-$100 (including tip) a week using this company.

Driver was there on time and ask me which way I wanted to go. I appreciate that because most taxi company takes the long way to get the company more money. But he was very friendly and we had a great conversation. Will use cab again.
Excellent experience. Cabs both going to our destination and returning to our hotel were right on time, and both drivers were professional and pleasant. I received help with my walker from our drivers, also. Paying with a card and obtaining a receipt were a little cumbersome, but overall, I would recommend this company.

I regularly observe County Cabs driving or parking illegally. Yesterday on my way home I saw my 2nd County Cab this week park in the middle of the road when there was a parking space available RIGHT NEXT TO WHERE THEY PARKED BLOCKING THE ROAD. I called to complain and let a dispatcher know and they basically tried to get me off the phone instead of do anything useful or helpful. This is an evil company and they hire bad drivers. F
I pre ordered the taxi on their website while on the train to St. Louis so we wouldnt have to call and wait once at the station. The dispatcher who called me to confirm where at Union Station we were was very friendly. I received text updates when our cab was on its way and when it arrived, which included our cabs number, the drivers name and his picture, which made it feel safer. Our driver Gregory was on time and friendly also. The rate to our hotel by the arch was very reasonable.
Usually have good service but as of the past couple weeks its been on the decline. Including this morning (12/12/16), had a taxi scheduled for a timed order of 6:45am and the taxi never showed up. Called dispatch and there wasnt even a driver scheduled for this delivery as of 6:45am when I called. Hopefully they get it together soon, this is unacceptable especially when people are on time sensitive orders to the airport...
Has been repeatedly late (up to an hour amd 15 minutes)while there app says there is only a 7 minute wait for service, while I was out of town for a funeral (4 hours away) they cancelled service without contacting me or my son which left my 15 year old stranded, expects for you to wait with children out in the cold for up to an hour and a half, refuses to call, honk or give any other notice of arrival so children do not have to freeze. Customer service is hopeless and will not assist when you have a problem. If you want good service, find another cab company.
I used Yellow Cab many times. The Drivers are very courteous & friendly & always on time. plus Im always a good tipper. Ive plan on using them for an up coming game this July.
I have tried several times and hoped that it would get better but it seems it has not and I will not be using County Cab for my business again. I was told by a driver that if you call ahead or use the app and schedule a pick-up that you are more likely to get picked up on time and as someone who uses a cab to get to work occasionally it is time sensitive for me. I have tried to schedule for 15 minutes before I even needed to be picked up, then 20 minutes, and today 35 minutes before I even needed to leave my house to still be early for work. I still didnt have an assigned car at the time of my pickup. I got a call 5 minutes after my scheduled pick up time to get more details on where I was going. I ended up calling another cab company and they had someone to my house before I was assigned a driver with County Cab.
Always takes forever ! First ur assigned a cab then ur not then ur late for work. This is why people dont really use taxis and that they only use uber or lyft

Terrible customer service. I booked a cab for my 12 year old daughter in advance on their app, which was pretty easy to do. However, it saved my credit card info, and said it would be saved as default payment. Great! But email confirmation said pay in car for payment option. I called to clarify, and the woman I spoke with seemed to have trouble grasping the concept of I will be at work, unable to interact directly with your phone app, and could not offer any solutions, outside of repeating the same thing over and over again. Not the kind of battle someone wants to have while trying to arrange an important ride.
I had called to order cab service, the service was fast and friendly; they had explained to me that I would have to call back the day before I need the ride, I cant wait to see if they follow through or if they fall through. Horrible, horrible service. First I called a cab and took just 10 minutes for an operator to answer the phone. Ive been waiting almost an hour for a cab and not one has shown up yet. I have perishable groceries that need to get home, yet these people are playing games and being lazy. This is why I normally use uber and Lyft. This is unacceptable.

I was forced to use them for four years in high school. They are worthless. The individual drivers are usually fine, but they are disorganized and cannot communicate. You call the company the night before and say you wont be riding the next day, they say okay thanks Ill tell the driver so he knows. This is what I was told to do, so they dont come to my house in the morning for no reason. They NEVER tell the cab driver the message, they always let him waste his time. In the afternoon, my driver this year LEAVES WITHOUT ME, even with my name on the list of students to pick up. I call and complain to the company and the lady tells me oh well they can leave 5 minutes after the pick-up time if you arent there. They set the pick-up time for when the bell rings for school to be over. You cannot teleport outside from the classroom within 5 minutes, and I have seen him wait 10-12 minutes for others, but decided to drive off without me these times. They have no customer support that is reliable. The driver I currently am stuck with does NOT KNOW how to drive. He either floors the gas, or slams the brakes. Never anything in-between. Cab 602, Francis, is dangerous to ride with. He goes 80 on the highway, and then will change 4 lanes at once because he does not get in the appropriate lane before the exit is there. He also drives around the street my school is on blocking other cab drivers and school buses, as if he doesnt know to park parallel to let people by. Awful company, and at least one seriously bad driver.
Its fine, although I didnt appreciate my second cab. But it was a big issue.
Well luckily for me practice was cancelled so despite waiting past my pickup time (for which i booked in advance) there may still be hope for me on this team. But it does not change the fact that I would have missed regardless due to waiting for this cab company so I will still not be using this company anymore. I seriously hope you guys get it together soon, ill be nice enough to increase my star rating for the good rides that I received in the past. But coming from a customer, there is no reason that a cab should be late when a cab is booked in advance online.
First and foremost, a commendation to the driver, Floyd, who drove vehicle #660 on July 23, 2015. He was most polite and professional and since we arrived 20 minutes before the facility opened, he insisted it was no problem for him to remain parked, and me inside the van, until he had to leave for his 6 AM pick-up a few blocks away. He could have gone out for coffee but instead was more concerned about my safety. I appreciated his gesture so very much! Regarding the service with County and Yellow Cab, I REALLY appreciated all of the texts. The van was clean, fresh-smelling, and had the ID number on the back of the headrest to ensure I was in the correct vehicle. Overall, this was a most pleasant experience, and I will certainly use the service in the future!

It turns out that I had nothing to worry about. I needed to be picked up at a very specific time, and the driver was not only early, but also happy to wait until I was ready. He was very courteous, polite, and very interesting to talk to. I was at the airport before I knew it, with plenty of time. I will definitely use this app again the next time I need a taxi.
Your driver in 1122 today is awful. He cut me off on Olive by centimeters and then ran the red light onto Mason only to get his passenger to a childrens clinic which is scary someone has their child in a cab with a driver like that. Learn to drive!

Very slow service, drivers are available but dont even want to pick up, made me late for work on a variety of different occasions and also exaggerates the wait time. Its at least an hour and the regular not 7 minutes
