Plane arrived just before midnight. Over twenty people waiting for Super Park Shuttle. One shuttle in 30 minutes. Who is in charge and why do they still have their job? This is incompetent. Still waiting on Super Park employees to do their job.

Its cheaper, but Ive had nothing but problems with Super Park, so I started parking at the Parking Spot instead. I travel constantly for work and I need reliable parking. The Terminal Garage is nice and convenient, but super expensive! Super Park lots A & B are riddled with problems. Every time I arrive, the shuttle drivers are just sitting in the shuttle near the entrance, not paying attention. Then they drive off right as youre walking up because they dont know you are there. The ride to the airport is quick.Coming back home and getting back to my truck takes forever because the shuttles take forever. The drivers continually complain on how understaffed they are which causes the waits, but after a few months of traveling, nothing has been done to correct the situation. Once I get to my truck, there is always a new ding or dent on my truck that they are not responsible for. Then the pay stations are damaged and falling apart and refuse to work correctly. There is a call list haphazardly taped to the pay station for help but no one answers the phone and they dont return messages.I have to park just short of the gate, walk up and pay and then once I get the station to work, walk back to my truck and drive through because every time I drive up, the stationed says Lane Blocked and refuses to work. More often than not, the pay station refuses to print a receipt, making it impossible to expense the fee. Once again Ive called and left messages with Super Park and no one ever calls me back or the 1 time I actually got someone to answer the phone, the lady who could have cared less that I was trapped at the gate, said I needed to call back in the morning because there was nothing she could do.I have called the airport directly to report the issues I have been having and the airport admin just says that Super Park is a private company and that I need to contact them. So if thats the case, I am just going to a better private company. Ive moved over to the Parking Spot and since, I havent had a single issue.

Not much to say. It’s a parking lot. Our car was safe after we spent a week in DC. Both shuttle bus drivers to & from car were polite, helpful with luggage, professional & funny. In my opinion they both went above & beyond so me & my wife tipped both drivers

On 7/30/2019, a friend from out of town (resident of Colorado), unfamiliar with the airport and looking for passenger pick up at terminal 1, drove to the brown parking level and entered without taking a ticket. The attendant at the entrance motioned for him to enter. He was there all of five minutes to pick me up from my flight. The exiting attendant, name of Sandy, would not let us exit without a ticket even though we explained to her his confusion in looking for passenger pick up and that the entrance attendant had waved him in. Because we did not have a ticket, she charged us $23 to leave the parking lot! This is bureaucratic nonsense. At the very least, she should have directed us back to the entrance to obtain a ticket. This incident has created a poor impression of St. Louis for my out of town guest.

The lot I use most often at Lambert. It is convenient and easy to use. The shuttles come with some regularity so I like that. No issues

AMAZING SERVICE. Shuttles work together to prevent splitting groups up. Vehicles are looked after continuously. Even though it is St. Louis. The lot is fairly safe from the hood.

Beware no security cameras. Just got back from an awesome vacation only to be driven back to the lot and seen that our car had been hit and run. They were able to tell me what day it happened (3 days before we returned) but said they dont have cameras. Well maybe the lot should be under surveillance or bare minimum have an attendant. Wish I could post pics. Heavy damage to my 2017 Maxima.

This shuttle bus tailgated me through the airport terminal from Air Cargo through Terminal 2 Southwest. Not proper driving distance if I had a sudden stop this bus would have hit me it was that close

They will charge you $5 just to “pull a ticket”. I mistakenly turned into the parking lane for terminal 1 parking thinking that it was the turn off for the cell phone lot. I pulled a ticket to raise the parking arm and immediately drove to the exit. Upon giving the ticket to clerk I was told it was $5. I pulled the ticket at 13:14 and exited at 13:16. I reluctantly gave her the money but immediately asked for it back because I wanted to talk to a supervisor who could explain why I was being charged to drive from one entrance to the other. She refused to return my money stating that she already had it. I asked her to speak to her supervisor or someone in charge and she told me that if I wanted to talk to someone to call the number on the receipt. I called the number on the receipt while sitting in the line and asked why I was being charged, I was told by Lashay (may not be spelled correctly) “that’s just our policy” a policy which is not on the website or visible when entering the facility. I asked for a refund and was given another number which belongs to the GM.

Does the job. Pretty secure lot and only $10 a day. Need a shuttle to the terminal and back, but have never waited more than 10 minutes.

Waited approx. 50 mins from when plane landed until D lot shuttle arrived. Other lot shuttles did stop and called for our shuttle (kudos for that) but even after repeated calls it was still a 50 min wait. This was a late arrival so very few passengers to worry about. After pickup we were at our cars within 4 mins.I saw The Parking Spot shuttles come by 4x as often to pickup their customers during this time period. Also shuttles for the hotels and other parking lots more often than the official parking service for the airport.

The computer went down and there wasnt an attendant. I called for help to get out, but it took a while for them to get there, then they were confused. Its a parking lot, so not much to say there.

Was fortunate to have Geraldine as my bus driver at Lot C on 4th of July evening. Very courteous and helpful. Best driver I met in past 14 months traveling thru Lambert about 3 times per month. Ed Cykowski

Good price for how close it is to main terminal. $10/day but no attendant on duty so you pay at the machine by credit or debit card.
