I hired Fox Flooring in 2018 to install laminate floors and tiles in my condo. They did an amazing job! Fox Flooring Team doing great to work with; very responsive and professional. He took time to walk me through the process and explained how the work would be done. Our floor is very high-end and engineered well. But there was no Medallion in any of our room. We wanted some thin medallion in each of our rooms. This is when I came to know about Fox Flooring.They could provide me medallions down to approximately 5″ thickness which is exactly what I wanted. Now this medallions are giving my home a new look. Highly recommended! Wonderful Finishing...Keep it up.

When we first called to get a quote, Fox Flooring company was fast, responsive, and on time. Fox Flooring Team also came by to check in on the job Newyork, and make sure we were happy with everything at the end. They were able to get started quickly on the job, which involved demo on the kitchen floor, removal of the old tile (and even older linoleum below that), and installation of beautiful hardwood floors. One week later and weve got beautiful hardwood floors that match the rest of the house and look like they could have been original to the 1939s house! Fox Flooring team did the demos and installation – The team was very talented and couldnt be nicer. Even my 4 year old son will be disappointed to see him go now that the job is done. I highly recommend Fox flooring!

Like an old addage goes - like most things in life, you pay for what you get. I would suggest taking those positive reviews with a pitcher of salt.Pros:This is truly one of the cheapest you will find.Cons:Communication is absolutely terrible. I truly believe this is a side job of the owner, Helio. Hes one of the most inaccessible people youll come across.-- more on communication - there has to be a language barrier given the level of misunderstanding (will get to in a minute).-- Very unprofessionalSituation:I requested to have hardwood delivered to my home a few days before installation as I read from various articles online that wood needs to be acclimated before installation. Acclimating the hardwood was never on his radar.I asked Helio to inform me before he sends anyone to deliver the wood to my house as I needed to withdraw the funds from my house to pay him. Long story short, someone showed up to my home unannounced with the wrong wood as well as incomplete items. We previously agreed on the type of hard wood as well as engineered wood. Initially told the guy I would accept the wood in spite of the delivery of an incorrect wood color. I later asked where was the engineered wood and he responded he didnt have it. I then told him to take everything back and refused to pay him. Shortly thereafter I received a text from Helio that I wasted his time... why did you not take the wood and pay the guy...this is almost laughable. Did you communicate the order was incomplete? Did you communicate you were sending a different color than we previously agreed to? Did you inform me your guy was coming to my home?He then went on to send a few other texts that didnt make sense.Texts such as:--We dont deliver floors without payment-- now you will pay more and have to pay 50% up front before delivery-- I knew we had to deliver the engineered wood... its currently out of stock.Money was never the issue. I had %90 of the funds readily available when his guy showed up; needed to go to the bank for the balance. There were many shortcomings that I chosed to ignore in the beginning, however, this review would become far too lengthy if I discuss further.Please stay away from this company. Btw, Brazilfloors is basically the same owner. Brazilfloors reviews on Yelp are terrible.
