Definitely what a bad experience with José. 1 The tax refund check never arrived, a year has passed and he does nothing to help his clients, he has no professional ethics, he does not answer the phone, messages or emails after a year he tells me that the check was cashed but that he doesnt know anything, be careful people. 2. I request a P&L from him, he has me waiting more than 4 days to do it and telling me lies that he already sends it to me until I got tired and resigned from his services. I do not recommend doing taxes at this office. If I could, I wouldnt give it a single star.
