I recently moved to this city. And this isnt the only laundromat around here but wash works is by far the worst laundromat youll ever come to. No bathroom for customers and their washer doesnt give enough water to wash and rinse properly. Im never coming here again.

Best thing is that the workers try to keep it clean. Youll see them consistently taking care of laundry orders, cleaning the machines and floors, and rounding up the carts. FYI, FREE DRY After 10PM is MONDAY thru FRIDAY only!!! They have wifi. They usually have at least 2 - 3 big screens on for entertainment: one Univision, one cartoons, and one US News or other popular US TV program. Theres parking but they lot is torn up. Nine times out of ten, the place is gonna be packed. Mask optional.

I was in and out. Greeted the worker behind the counter, and got to washing, hoping I could figure out the machines without assistance. I did. Blankets were refreshed. Next, the lady at the dryers showed me the ones that were free, since she saw me eyeballing the non-free dryers. Thanked her for helping me and got to drying. 😀

Nice to be able to wash clothes 24/7. After 10pm to 9:30 am the dryers are FREE,...COOL. IT WAS RELAXING TO BE IN A VERY CLEAN. UPKEPT ENVIRONMENT@ THE LADY AT THE COUNTER WAS VERY NICE .

I am currently at your location on North Ave in Bridgeport, CT. One of your machines took our money and the associate that is working right now at 7:55pm Tuesday May 18,2021, refuses to give us a refund and will not give me a contact number to directly contact you. The only thing she did was swipe a card which took $1 off of the price of $7.75 that the machine cost to use. Now we have to put in MORE money and just deal with it?? This is unfair especially being that we drove all the way across town specifically to support your establishment. Also when asked about a manager she told one person that they will be here in 10 minutes then the next second she changed her story to oh no they left about 10 minutes ago when speaking to a different person. I do not have money to just throw away even if it may not seem like a lot of money to you.Update Sept.2021Actually youre just a lousy business owner that found an easy way to get over on people 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Congratulations. God dont like ugly 👌🏻

If you are on the go with little time to spare the hours are suited for your need

The machine needs to be cleaned often (sanitize) and cleaned for the next customer.... they smell like mold. Keeping the floor clean could be a plus.

I really like this corner Ive been coming here for 5 years now and Conchita is such of wonderful lady she keeps everything so clean as soon as someone finish using the machines she is cleaning them I am so proud that there is protocol on the covid-19 she is great shes deserved a freaking race💶💶

I think this laundry should have the washer and dryer machine should be updated. Most washer and dryer do not work. Also some machines are the same size and prices are different. I dont get that. Cleanliness is needed tooto dusty.

The lady was so nice and friendly and you get free dryer from nine to ten a.m

I like going to the laundromat, the washers are nice and big, not too many people are in there early in the morning.

Needed somewhere that was 24hrs. Found this place on Google. Was superprised to see they still used quaters! You do have the option to use your debit card though. Its a decent size not too big. Pretty out dated but did the job.

This place have the best washers. Cloth dont come out soaked so i spend less time on dryer. Their machines take coins and credit card. VERY BIG and BRIGHT LAUNDROMAT. Place is very clean and attendents are nice.

Inside and Outside is Filthy and the dryers do not work good at all.

Decent prices. Huge machine for $7 a wash if you pay w quarters. Dryers are free so that is a plus.

First time washing here was last week theres always a staff member available. The washing part was a bit much because I had to use 2 separate washers which were far apart so I had to keep walking back and forth making sure my clothes were ok which was getting aggrevating...this place only has free drying monday -friday so since I washed on a Sunday I had to pay...plus the weekend is the worst to wash. I had to wait on a dryer since there were non available ..and even after that my clothes were still wet I was sitting there for almost 2 hours just drying the dryers dont dry good. The prices are great but I guess you get what you pay for...this place is only good if you have a little load like one grocery bag full of clothes ....I have a family of 5 so I will be going someplace else.....😉

Terrible customer service. Never go on Sunday. I was here the las Sundat, and the woman who works here does not know how to communicate with the customers. She threw my socks in the trash. She said I thought it was garbage😡😡 and never said sorry or something like that.

Its great even the owner is nice. Im always pleased with the service at the laundry except for this one please do something about it. I had a horrible experience. The lady at night with all respect on how I will describe her, she was average height, heavy weight with glasses and one of her eyes looks different anyways she was so rude gave me a horrible answer instead of helping me. Gave me an attitude. It was already late at night Im tired from work it was a Friday night July 14. I didnt need her attitude I needed a kind answer and help from her. Also she will tell you is your fault not hers . The client is always right and if we are wrong there is a way how to explain. If you come here and need help dont go towards the lady.

Great place Monday thru Friday free to dry after 10pm

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD. I came here for the first time yesterday, and my time here got extremely extended because of faulty washers. They are DEXTER EXPRESS COMMERCIAL washers and they kept saying Slow Drain Error There was only one worker there with her daughter and the worker SPOKE NOT ONE LICK OF ENGLISH. So I was unable to communicate with her. Her daughter spoke English but she was more into her phone than helping a customer. They will not help you if you need it..looking around there are a few unfixed things like dryers and the clothing carts have faulty wheels..the list goes on. I ended up having to hand rinse my stuff and attempt to dry it. I dont speak Spanish but I can understand it & After all that had transpired that night, the worker proceeded to talk badly about me with another customer. So please spare yourself and DONOT waste your time here.

The lady that comes in at 7 am with the red lipstick and pony tail !!! has horrible customer service !! . I’ve never seen owner or owners to tell them or express my concerns . I hope you see this . about her attitude and they way she deals with you . She doesn’t come to you direct she has to announce to the whole damm laundromat what she want to say to you and get other people involved. That’s very unprofessional and makes me upset when she does itTo me So far two times. I’ve witnessed her do it to many others . But she looksFor an argument I don’t say anything and just let her start taking about me with the other people she engaged when she yells to the whole laundry mat with what ever issue she has with me. Don’t go here! They don’t clean the machines Or wipe as they should because of COVID and the workers and people don’t even wear masks, not even enforced, ridiculous.They do not clean as they should because of COVID and workers or customers wear masks. It fills up inside and everyone is without masks.
