Lived in Fairfield for 22 years and used BLS for last 7-8 years. They were reliable and always did a fantastic job......we used another company prior and moved to BLS on a Neighbors recommendation

They deserve a lower grade than 1. Their driver hit and damaged our gate. He admitted it, and their company acknowledged the damage and said they would replace the gate. It is high on our priority. It has been over two months since the incident and we have called 4 times. I would not recommend using them. if you choose to use them, confirm theyre insured.

These guys are awesome. They are Timely and take everything. We feel so lucky for the awesome service. They are a great value too.

Been a customer for more than 20 years, and have always been with Stanley, and more recently, Brad. Family-owned and local, which is important to me. Theyve held their prices to a reasonable level, and have always been accommodating when I needed a special pickup.

If you want to be woken up at 6am to have your recycling and garbage collected by the noisiest trucks and workers, choose Big Little! The Town of Fairfield has a noise ordinance that states no excessive noise prior to 7am and Big Little violates it every day! The workers are so rude and drive all over our streets the wrong way. Seriously the worst if you have babies or young children. Stay away!!!!!

Big Little Sanitation to our rescue.One call, one appointment, one small dumpster, small fee, no questions, no more trash. Done!! And the whole time, I wasnt even home.Definitely will use them again.

They were great, and lovely to speak with! ...until I noticed sometimes they wouldnt empty my garbage or recycling for no reason at all - its like they just decided not to some days. Then when I was moving and needed a specific pick up for removal of furniture, they never picked it up - after I moved I specifically drove to my old house on multiple occasions and it was STILL there.. my landlord was very agitated because of it. Then the company sent me a bill to my new address and tried to bill me for the items which they did NOT pick up off the property - yet they told me the employees did in fact pick up the items, and I said they must have me mistaken with another house or person because I personally checked over a period of 3 weeks and ended up taking photos and a video of all the stuff still in the yard. Basically they tried to charge me for a service they clearly did not do and whenever I spoke to them on the phone they made me feel belittled and disrespected (Im one of the biggest introverts and I never raise my voice and Im never rude and I have anxiety) I just felt taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company from my experience but I will say that everyones experience is different so Im sure other people love them. I just would not ever go through that stress and hassle again.
