Wonderful experience to say the least!!! I had over 53 viruses on my laptop, and was worried about loosing my sisters wedding pictures that I had just saved the night my laptop crashed. I have an all in one gateway. I was at the end of my patience with this pc. The power button was not working because of me, the screen would go black and I couldnt turn it off or reboot, my touchscreen was not working, etc. After Garage PCS finished with my pc not only does the power button work, but the screen is ON yeay and the touchscreen WORKS again.. woohoo On a serious note, the honesty from Jorge and Garage PCS is something that I appreciated the most. He called me to keep me posted as to turnaround time, prices were super reasonable, and he walked me through every little detail. Did I mention they picked up my pc and brought back.
