We send them an email to inquire about their service. After about two hours, we received a call from their customer support. I believe her name was Kelly? She was very helpful in finding a good schedule for us. When all things were settled, there were three people who came to my house. There were two people who were working and one of them is explaining the process to me. He was also ready to answer any of my questions. They were professional, prompt, and honest.

Contacted this company for a possible service to my chimney (installation of a chimney cap), because the website indicated they provides services in Bridgeport, Ct. area. However upon contacting the company, providing the representative with my ZIP Code, as was requested, I was advised that they did not have a contractor in my area. Then why advertise in the Bridgeport area, and utilize the Bridgeport name. In addition, the customer service representative did not provide her name, was abrupt, rude, and hung up the phone while I was still communicating with her. If you don’t service the Bridgeport area you should stop advertising in the Bridgeport area, and remove the Bridgeport name from your company.

I like a company that can do all of the things you need done in one service. You dont have to have 4 or 5 different professionals come out to take care of a problem. This is why I love having Joel come out. If I ever have any kind of problem with either my gas or wood burning fireplaces he can totally take care of any of it. He has done repairs on our chimney, Fixed pipes that had corrosion and rust. There really hasnt been any task needed for our fireplaces that he couldnt fix. He even did some repairs on the dryer vents. That is just cool as hell. What a great guy who does the job right every time and charges the same fair price no matter what the work is. amazing for sure.

I bought this home like two weeks ago, but had no idea about how much buildup there was in the chimney and around the pipes where the water heater exhaust was released. It was pretty unbelievable! Unfortunately, there really isnt much we could do about it. It was sold as-is and we were stuck with what was there. We expected we would have to pay a pretty penny to get them cleaned, but found this affordable service. It was amazing the job they were able to do, and it didnt cost us anywhere near what we were expecting. The fact that we only found a few services in the area made us believe we were going to pay a lot. That wasnt the case at all. The guy who came out, I think Bob was his name, was very professional and did a quick and efficient job. What a good service for sure. I hope no one else is in our circumstance, but we highly recommend those who may find themselves stuck like this to turn to this company. They were great. Fantastic service. A much better price than we expected.

If they don’t have a service professional servicing your area they just hang up on you. Poor customer service.
