Great price. Always excellent customer service with our oil change. The car wash is ok, the guys who are at this area could do a better job wiping down the car and windows, my car is always still dirty, windows, dash, and whatever they use to wipe down the mats gets on the bottom of your shoes and can be slippery, your foot slips on the gas and break pedal sometimes. Definitely get your oil changed here. Worth it.

Went in for a car wash/ detail yesterday, and left with my window tint scratched up ! Needless to say I was upset because I brought attention of the scratches to the attendant who just finished detailing the car … who by the way didn’t speak any English “ I have no problem with that “ let’s be clear ! But could understand what was said, so I went inside for assistance for the front desk clerk, who pointed me in the supervisor “Miguel” I brought him over to the car and showed him that was just freshly scratched as you see in the photos, they began speaking in Spanish and told me the car came in like this ! Are you kidding me !?!???? My window didn’t look like this when I dropped it off… if you did the job and accidentally scratched the tint while whipping it down say this.. don’t try to play it off and say the car came like that because you messed up! Unprofessional! Will never do detailing with these people again. As a business owner myself, this is highly unacceptable! And very disappointed! At this point the scratch can be fixed… but the blatant lie to the face smh

Overall good deals and a nice monthly members program. Just keep in mind the program raises its fee after the introduction offer is made. Top of the line supplies to touch up your car after the wash like tire shine and leather cleaner. Free vacuum and free air for the tires on the other side once the car is washed.

I gotta say I have a lot of respect for the guys in the oil bay..I came in for a oil change which I didn’t pay attention to the actual mileage but went on the date instead that was on sticker..The 2 employees told me I’m not in need of an oil change even asked if I even drive my vehicle lol..They could’ve easily said i need the oil change but instead were truthful and said I don’t need the oil change..That’s what we need more of honest hard working people..Definitely will be getting my oil change here..Thank you guys fir keeping it 💯

GOT AN OIL CHANGE DONE TO MY 2014 AUDI AND THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB OIL ALL OVER THE SKID PLATE. THE HISPANIC MANAGER DIDNT CARE AT ALL HE DIDNT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING AFTER PAYING 100 for an oil change. Ever whatever his name is.

They dont do a good job each time i go there

Many places are not vacuuming the insides because of the pandemic. So I tried this place out and I was very unsatisfied. They did not spend more than 3 minutes cleaning the inside and it was very apparent. The inside still showed visible stuff on the flow and actually had tiny papers that were untouched. The outside had bird poop and for 22 dollars I really expected better.

I have been going there for years with my three vehicles because of their superb service, THEY USED TO BE the best in town, excellent friendly/professional/helpful customer service, fair prices and good quality oil. Their prices included fluids inspection and refill (windshield washer, brake and antifreeze), door hinges lubrication, until a while back I start noticing, PRICES started slowly GOING UP and SERVICE GOING DOWN, they got rid of the complimentary service (every 7 oil service you received 1 at no charge), also the bulk oil USED TO BE Castrol, not anymore.When I asked why this huge change (and for the worst) the answer was simple: NEW MANAGEMENT . Now, the service goes as follows:-They use cheap bulk oil (Which negatively affects the vehicle engine life)-No complimentary service-Poor customer service (Rude managers at the bays, and rude female attendants at the front counter)-They use an scare tactics to sell you overpriced things-The car wash is poorly done, they just rinse off light dirt, you will come out with dirt marks.Im just looking for an other place where to take my vehicles for service....Sad

Super expensive! Paid $130 to get an inside outside cleaning which was amazing however they didnt clean my 3rd row seating

This place is excellent for oil changes. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Other than that I would not go to them. They do a bad job at vacuuming and their wash just rinses off light dirt.

I have been going here for years and prices have been going up as expected which is fine. This establishment has run a every 7 oil service you receive one for at no charge. I went here 4 months ago and the cashier charged me which should have been free. I asked her why I was charged after reviewing the receipt and she advised me it was actually supposed to be free but the garage didn’t put it in that way therefore she could not refund me. The cashier told me to tell them next time.I went today and now they got rid of the complimentary service they have had for years and would not honor my service nor accommodate the previous transaction. The manager advised the cashier should have refunded me last time. Manager said the best he could do this time is take off $35.00 dollars. He advised me he would prob get in trouble just for that.I advised him next time he sees the owner when he gets in trouble to tell him he just lost a customer of 3 cars for $39.00 dollars. I go there for all regular washes and oil changes with my cars and my wife’s. Business 101! I will never go back.Good Luck VIP.

Tried to overcharge for a service I was inquiring about and told me I had to get a package to have it done. I said I just wanted my car washed and the back seat cleaned because my dog had vomit. I left and will never go back. I got better customer service and pricing at WOW car wash!!!!!

Yesterday I got my car washed and the car wash was not busy. After I left I could see that my windows were not wiped clean. You can still see the water spots. And my Rav4 is not a year old yet.

I did an oil change here and I have a Honda’s civic 2018 which only uses around 3 Quarts or oil and they put 5 and put in the computer it was a 2018 Honda Accord 2.0 which uses way more oil I’m going to file for a full inspection of my car and if anything’s wrong they will be sued worst place ever

The girl at the register is rude and unprofessional. She yells at customers when they cant hear what she is mumbling under her breath. Sad because the men work their butts off and do a hell of a job.

A great and efficient place to bring your car. They usually do a good job. I recently brought my car for a Express wax job. For about 55.00 they run your car through the car wash, then they bring it to the opposite side of the building for the detailing to begin.. they did a great job on the tire, the wax job was pretty good.. they ran my mats through some type of machine which got most of the dirt out.. but they did not clean my windows thoroughly. Upon my inspection when they finished I had to ask them to re-clean the front and rear windows . Then as I drove off I noticed my side windows were not touched or cleaned at all.

Great service, fast and detailed in their work. They dont haggle you for tips (but you should always tip), friendly and spacious. Recently they decided to get rid of the monthly memberships starting in year 2017 which was a bit upsetting. Overall its a good place to get your car washed.

Great place to wash your car. Attentive and fast staff get it done and done right. Inside is warm and clean and can watch your favorite show or pick out a snack.

Got my oil changed here. Everything was all good till I realized they stole my air freshener out of its holder 😂😂 wow!!!

2020 Nissan Altima color white,, Car Wash didnt even take the dirt off. Ran it through twice and still dirty. Theyre machines just dont seem to take the dirt off.

Even though they offer a good deal (free wash when changing oil), they are always trying to push other services on us. The crews in the mechanical center and at the end of cleaning area (drying and polishing) are very friendly and do an excellent job, however the inside cleaning service is ALWAYS VERY POORLY DONE. Even when you go there just for the inside cleaning on a quiet Monday afternoon. Ive always let it go, but today it was unacceptable. I complained about it, they vacuumed inside of my car again and still I had to clean it again when I got home. Seriously?! Im super disappointed and frustrated with the service I received today.

Paid a little extra for the inside, car was screaming for a cleaning. Always do a good job for me.

I went there with my sister to get an oil change and car wash, they did a good job on the air filter and oil change but the car wash was horribly done. She still had dirt marks on the window and still dirt on the dash.

I used to go to this location a lot more often. But lately I only been going there for the car maintenance. I havent gotten a good wash there in a minute. They leave mad wet spots everywhere I always have to ask these guys to vacuum the trunk and they are super stingy with the tire shine leaving mad dry spots on my wheels. Then they have the nerve to catch an attitude. I Know It Aint Easy I used to work at a carwash but thats no excuse to do half ass work.

There state of the ART car wash excellent there employees are hard workers always been satisfied the town I live in no comparison I drive 12 miles to Bridgeport ct VIP there auto detailing is spectacular especially the interior rugs ect.... hands down there the best!😎P.S. You think they missed a spot or 2 just tell the manager gladly will make up happy he is always on top of things really nice people working there! It was ok? They rushed and didnt dry the car completely, they also got a lot of grease on the inside of our car on the pedals which made it slippery to drive. Not too safe? Over its okay I guess..

Funny place

Wash did not clean my car and they did not give a rewash and demanded a wax for $41 more.I recommend that you stay away and get your car washed elsewhere. The wash foreman is horrible and should be replaced. Thank God all I had to do was rub the hood with some toothpaste and it came clean.
