The whole place stinks the barber is never on time everyone is coughing and not wearing mask and theres white powder and smells of marijuana

Cut was decent. He charged me $25 which I think was too much for the cut but I was short on time. I dont have a beard and dont have a lot of hair. Then he asked if I wanted to give him a tip.
